I'd stayed there once before last year and had a generally pleasant experience, so I booked the 150 room this time without a second thought. It looked better than the 130 room. When we arrived that evening, the hotelier took us straight to the 130 room. I showed her the room type I'd reserved, but she insisted that all rooms were the same; it just looked different. So you listed a different price, and now you're saying the rooms are the same? I said I could stay in the 130 room, but she'd have to refund the difference. She said she couldn't. I said if that wasn't possible, she should have stayed in the room I'd booked. She didn't want to refund the difference, so she took us to the 150 room. And that wasn't the end of it. When we showered, we only had one towel for two people... It was really frustrating. The water heater had a very small capacity, only enough for one person to quickly shower, and the temperature was plummeting. The shower fixtures were incredibly dirty and worn, with thick white scale. It was hard to imagine this was a functioning hotel. Maybe I was too tired to shower on my first visit? The next day, when I left, I asked her for a parking ticket because I remembered being stopped at the gate last time because I didn't have one. She said she didn't need one and just gave me her hotel name. Then she was stopped again. I called her in front of the security guard, and she asked how it was possible that they didn't charge! (Last year, they didn't charge it; I just gave my name and left the hotel.) The security guard and she agreed to give me a 50% discount on the 20-plus yuan charge. It was terrible!!!

The hotel is nice and well-appointed, but I don't know if it's the owner or the staff who have the worst service. The room wasn't stocked with tissues or toiletries, so we had to get them ourselves. After she finished getting everything, she didn't even bother to tell us she was there, and simply left to do her own thing. We were left waiting in vain, thinking everything wasn't there. We booked a double room for two, but only received one set of bath towels. When we reminded her we were two people, she said they usually only provided one set per room! We were only given another set of towels reluctantly. They wanted a deposit for the room card, but when we checked out that morning, the cleaning lady took the card and left without a word. We thought she was looking for her phone to refund the deposit, leaving us waiting again. After a while, we realized she was cleaning and hadn't paid any attention to us. We went to her for the deposit, then hurriedly went to find the owner, but he wasn't there either, so we had to wait again. Only after the owner returned did she refund the deposit on the room card! The entire management is a complete mess! The bathroom mirror was scratched, and the faucet was covered in limescale. It seems they haven't cleaned it since it opened! Some of the lamps were missing their heads! I feel so bad for the owner. They clearly put a lot of money and effort into decorating the place. With all the investment, the management couldn't keep up. It's completely ruined!
