With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special."

Never mind, I cleaned the tables and chairs myself. The funniest thing was that when I saw the porridge for breakfast and tried to get a bowl, there was sand in the bowl underneath. I told the waiter (and they took it away). Hotel cleanliness really needs to be brought up to standard."

"The private hot spring courtyard was excellent, and the breakfast tasted great. It's very close to Bailu Hot Spring, less than a five-minute walk from the room. Bailu Hot Spring is a pure natural sulfur spring, visibly authentic. While sulfur springs do smell like rotten eggs, don't worry, these minerals will leave your skin feeling smooth after soaking. The outdoor courtyard has good ecological conditions, but there were many mosquitoes. I suggest adding mosquito repellent lamps. The courtyard lawn could use more maintenance, and the staff in the hot spring area, especially those in the pool area, should receive more training on service awareness."

"The room is very big and clean. There is a big yard outside. The front half is for accommodation, and the back half is for banquet hall, pond and fruit garden. We went there on Children's Day, and the fruits were not ripe yet, otherwise we could pick them. The hotel's corridors, lobby, and elevator area were pitch black at night, and the entire hotel was deserted with almost no guests.
