"Had a fantastic weekend getaway with my bestie! This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was lovely, and the restaurant food was delicious. We didn't even have to venture out for coffee thanks to their on-site cafe, which was perfect for our sisterly chats, especially since it was raining. The service was exceptional – they literally catered to our every need. When we were leaving, I casually mentioned how much I loved their shower gel and asked if it was for sale. To our surprise, a staff member, a lovely lady, thoughtfully packed a bunch of samples for us! We were so touched and a little embarrassed by their generosity. We'll definitely be back! Hope they keep up the amazing work!"

There are numerous sulfur pools with warm, gentle water and a subtle, natural sulfur scent. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed. There are also several clear water play pools specifically for children. The water temperature is mild and not too hot, making it a paradise for kids to play in during the summer. 🌟 Dragon Boat Festival Exclusive Family Activities: Rich Content, Full of Atmosphere We happened to catch the hotel's Dragon Boat Festival-themed family activities, and the free craft projects were genuinely thoughtful: 1. Zongzi Making Experience: Kids got to participate in making Zongzi themselves. The staff were patient and taught them hand-in-hand, making the holiday feel truly special. The next day, you could ask the hotel staff to cook them for breakfast! 2. Scented Soap DIY & Plaster Painting: My little girl sat quietly for an entire afternoon, meticulously coloring. Afterwards, she got to take her handmade creations home, which she absolutely loved. The activity schedule was well-arranged throughout the day, and you didn't need to buy extra tickets; just staying at the hotel allowed you to experience it. The value for money was unbeatable! 👍 🌟 Hotel Amenities & Service: An Established Hotel with Surprising Soft Power You can tell the hotel's architecture and decor have some history. The lobby's domed ceiling and vintage columns give it a mature, classic resort vibe. While the facilities aren't brand new and trendy, they are meticulously cleaned and well-maintained, not looking worn out at all. 🌟 Overall Summary: The per-person cost is affordable, including hot springs + free family activities. You can eat, stay, soak, and play all in one place, without needing to go to other attractions. It's suitable for spring and autumn for a healthy sulfur hot spring soak, or for summer with kids to play in the water and enjoy holiday-specific activities. Families with kids, just go for it! "We originally booked a deluxe balcony room. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the front desk saw we had a child and kindly upgraded us to a family-themed room for free. To my daughter's delight, it was a Super Wings theme! The room was filled with Super Wings elements, including a tent, books, a dinosaur-themed children's stool, and a play table. My child absolutely loved it. The bathroom even had a child-sized toilet, a children's toiletries set, a stool, Super Wings mouthwash cups, towels, and a non-slip mat. Basically, everything a child might need was provided. The facilities are excellent, and the hotel's attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.泡"

"I stayed two nights in a row. The pictures on Ctrip looked amazing, but the reality was worse than a guesthouse. The environment was old, there were few guests, and the whole building was dark. I wanted to soak in the hot springs before visiting Xiling Snow Mountain, but they told me that children had to pay an extra 50 yuan. After paying, I found out there were only five pools, but only two were open due to the low number of people. Water guns and other water activities were not allowed, and the security guard just told us to soak quietly. Because I stayed two nights in a row, the hot springs were even more ridiculous on the second day – only one was open. Finally, regarding breakfast, the first day there were several options to choose from, such as fried rice, cauliflower, eggs, and steamed buns. The second day was absurd; there was nothing at all. When they saw we wanted breakfast, they simply said they would cook us a bowl of vegetarian noodles and give each of us an egg, and that was it. It was truly outrageous. The tableware was also extremely unclean. This was definitely the worst experience I've had in my over ten years of booking accommodations on Ctrip."
