This little courtyard nestled in the mountains truly amazed me. From the moment I stepped in, I was drawn to its warmth and comfort. The room was exquisitely decorated, with every detail showcasing the owner's care and taste. The hot spring bath was lovely, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for a great night's sleep that left me feeling completely refreshed. The owner was also very welcoming; we arrived quite late, but they didn't hesitate to come out with a flashlight to greet us (the parking is about 20 meters from the courtyard). Cleanliness is my top priority, and it was impeccably clean and tidy. The environment is beyond words – the fresh air was incredibly refreshing. After a long day at work, coming here instantly released all negative energy. The service was excellent and very warm. It was a particularly comfortable and enjoyable trip. Waking up in the morning to see the lush greenery outside the window was especially delightful. I'll definitely go back. It's also pet-friendly, which is a big plus! 👍

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

First time visiting Huashuiwan, and this homestay I booked was pretty good overall. The room was clean and tidy, the owner was very welcoming, and the service was excellent.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the owner was super nice and offered thoughtful service. The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

The water temperature is mild and not too hot, making it a paradise for kids to play in during the summer. 🌟 Dragon Boat Festival Exclusive Family Activities: Rich Content, Full of Atmosphere We happened to catch the hotel's Dragon Boat Festival-themed family activities, and the free craft projects were genuinely thoughtful: 1. Zongzi Making Experience: Kids got to participate in making Zongzi themselves. The staff were patient and taught them hand-in-hand, making the holiday feel truly special. The next day, you could ask the hotel staff to cook them for breakfast! 2. Scented Soap DIY & Plaster Painting: My little girl sat quietly for an entire afternoon, meticulously coloring. Afterwards, she got to take her handmade creations home, which she absolutely loved. The activity schedule was well-arranged throughout the day, and you didn't need to buy extra tickets; just staying at the hotel allowed you to experience it. The lobby's domed ceiling and vintage columns give it a mature, classic resort vibe. While the facilities aren't brand new and trendy, they are meticulously cleaned and well-maintained, not looking worn out at all. 🌟 Overall Summary: The per-person cost is affordable, including hot springs + free family activities. You can eat, stay, soak, and play all in one place, without needing to go to other attractions. The camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

The room was decent, quite spacious, and had a balcony with a mountain view. The hotel has been around for a while, so the decor and facilities are a bit dated, but it was clean and didn't have any strange odors. Dining was very convenient, and there's free parking, so overall it was good. The hot springs were very accessible; you could go straight in from the second floor of the hotel. Various pools were nestled among the trees, which was nice, and there was also a glass walkway that kids enjoyed. The only downside was that the water in the channels was a bit cold when we went at night.

The room had a rustic, wood-themed design, and the sheets and blankets were incredibly soft and clean! The hot spring is located directly on the first floor! It features both high-temperature and low-temperature pools, surrounded by bamboo groves and rock formations. The misty atmosphere makes soaking in the hot spring feel like being in a fairyland – you can listen to the mountain breeze while soaking! 🌿 The hot pot was absolutely delicious! The owner's freshly sliced ​​beef and secret-recipe satay sauce were simply amazing. Enjoying a hot pot by the mountain and water was so satisfying! The hotel also has a karaoke room 🎤, and I even tried playing the guqin and drums. The owner was like a caring older brother or sister, proactively helping with luggage and patiently recommending things to do in the surrounding area. From the local customs of Huashuiwan to off-the-beaten-path routes to Xiling Snow Mountain, they shared everything they knew. Staying here felt as comfortable and relaxing as visiting relatives. For working professionals looking to relax and unwind on the weekend, I highly recommend the Xiaoyao Shuigu Hot Spring Hotel in Huashuiwan – a place that combines clean accommodations, stunning hot springs, fun activities, and delicious food! ✨

What a pleasant surprise! March is the off-season for snow, and the price of hotels on the top of the mountain has started to get cheaper (only three or four hundred yuan a night). Although it was icy and snowy outside, it was as warm as spring inside the cabin. The air conditioner and floor heating were on. If we felt hot when sleeping at night, we would turn off the floor heating to cool down and save energy! The cabin is not big but it feels spacious and easy to use. The bedding is new and clean, of the quality of a big hotel. It comes with cotton slippers, sandals, toiletries, disposable toilet mats, tea bags and 2 bottles of Baisui Shanshui. It is very comfortable to live in, I have to give it a thumbs up!
