AAnonymous UserThe last two kilometers of the road leading to the courtyard from the main road were quite rough, a narrow path only wide enough for one car, making it quite challenging. However, once we arrived at the courtyard, it felt like a delightful surprise, like finding a beautiful village beyond a willow-shaded lane. Each time we arrived, the warm and welcoming owner was already waiting in the parking area, proactively helping us with our luggage. This courtyard is run by a lovely family, and you can feel the warmth of their home everywhere. The owners treat guests like family, their children are lively and cute, and even their cat is friendly and interacts with guests. The courtyard only has four rooms, each equipped with a private hot spring tub. Inside, there's also underfloor heating, a heater, and an electric blanket. After a day of playing in the snowy mountains, being able to soak in the outdoor balcony tub, listening to the rain and admiring the greenery, was incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the food at the courtyard is also commendable; the home-style stir-fries were fragrant and unforgettable. The entire guesthouse experience was perfect.

GGuest Userso far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring đđ€Ł

HHwee1I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstandingâprofessional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserBefore I even checked in, they added me to a concierge chat group, and any questions I had were answered promptly and proactively.
My room was on the third floor, and while there's no elevator, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage. I chose the 270-degree mountain view, and falling asleep to the sound of the stream at night was incredibly relaxing (though it was a bit chilly, the electric blanket and air conditioning kept the room nice and warm).
We ordered the hot pot from the guesthouse for dinner, and it was delicious! The free-range chicken hot pot with mushroom soup was more than enough for two people.
There was also a concert in the evening, and the singer was fantastic!
There are two friendly dogs in the courtyard, a golden retriever and a small white dog, both very affectionate. There's also a super cute cat at the front desk.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back!

MM300588****The room was very clean and spacious, and the owner was super nice and offered thoughtful service. The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

It's an established 5-star hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't significantly detract from the experience. All the amenities are high-quality, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. What really stands out is the hotel's excellent environment, fantastic hot springs, and delicious breakfast. Both the hotel and the hot springs staff have an exceptional service mindset! It's a hotel worth visiting countless times.

TThanaThis is budget accommodation in walking distance 800m from the entrance of Xiling snow mountain. We arrived by bus at 10:30 and contacted hotel to pick our luggages at the entrance. Staffs were very kind and energetic. We came down and walked back to the hotel. It is cheaper to stay here and has many options for dinner. But heating system was not working so very cold at night as we stayed over Christmas. Simple breakfasts can be ordered. For non Chinese speakers like us, try to get WeChat of the hotel in advance.

DDuxiaozuiyishuluohuaThe room was decent, quite spacious, and had a balcony with a mountain view. The hotel has been around for a while, so the decor and facilities are a bit dated, but it was clean and didn't have any strange odors. Dining was very convenient, and there's free parking, so overall it was good.
The hot springs were very accessible; you could go straight in from the second floor of the hotel. Various pools were nestled among the trees, which was nice, and there was also a glass walkway that kids enjoyed. The only downside was that the water in the channels was a bit cold when we went at night.

The hot spring is located directly on the first floor! It features both high-temperature and low-temperature pools, surrounded by bamboo groves and rock formations. The misty atmosphere makes soaking in the hot spring feel like being in a fairyland â you can listen to the mountain breeze while soaking! đż The hot pot was absolutely delicious! The owner's freshly sliced ââbeef and secret-recipe satay sauce were simply amazing. Enjoying a hot pot by the mountain and water was so satisfying!
The hotel also has a karaoke room đ€, and I even tried playing the guqin and drums.
The owner was like a caring older brother or sister, proactively helping with luggage and patiently recommending things to do in the surrounding area. From the local customs of Huashuiwan to off-the-beaten-path routes to Xiling Snow Mountain, they shared everything they knew. Staying here felt as comfortable and relaxing as visiting relatives.
For working professionals looking to relax and unwind on the weekend, I highly recommend the Xiaoyao Shuigu Hot Spring Hotel in Huashuiwan â a place that combines clean accommodations, stunning hot springs, fun activities, and delicious food! âš
