裝修也簡約高雅的樣子，有投影影院那種體驗，房東人還很好，回答我很多問題，服務到位

雖然目前雪量不多，但天氣非常寒冷，需要注意保暖。這裏的衞生情況非常好，店長服務周到，提供了舒適的住宿環境。在這裏，可以近距離感受大自然的魅力，這裏的床鋪整潔，讓我們倍感舒適。店長非常熱情，服務周到，對了他們家還有小吃烤腸什麼的，環境優美空氣清新，天然的氧吧。

從外面看更有意思，圖新鮮，體驗一次還是不錯的，但畢竟不是酒店，有些設施設備沒那麼完善，廁所很多地方都起黴了，被子也有明顯洗不乾淨臟的痕跡，但是是換過的。服務人員態度很好，基本上有求必應。

入住體驗是驚喜。作為一個偽驢就喜歡這樣，好像在露營，又已經被打點好一切裝備的感受。但是控制不住的打了4星的總體是因為在外面買了一個鞋套，相機丟在攤子上了，心情真是鬱悶到極點，最後花了一千又送回來了。這怪我自己粗心大意，不怪別人）説回體驗，就是開門就看到皚皚白雪，美得心都醉了，出門就可以走到滑雪場，旁邊就是各種滑雪皮的斜坡，作為沒見過雪的南方人真的是幸福到冒泡。非常適合親子遊玩。不適合老年人是因為確實挺貴，花了1600'半夜好冷，地暖好像關了，不關又感覺好乾燥，還嗚嗚的發動機響）孩子睡得香甜，老母親我辛辛苦苦熬到天亮，衹能偶爾探出頭看看窗外的小雪排解苦悶寒冷的心情。孩子全程愉快就足夠了。不一樣的體驗。就是收穫。説好的送吉祥物，也沒人送。挺期待吉祥物的。圖片在雪花酒店附近自助早餐，很多麪包，蔬菜管飽，南方人沒見過雪，感動得流淚，風景好美）

服務員態度很好。硬件來説，蛋屋較小，適合倆人住，一人最好。蛋屋的門自動開合，有科技感，但開合會聲音大，如果裏面有人休息可能會被吵到。蛋屋和方艙遮光做得不徹底，早上睡覺可能會被光線影響。從舒適度來説，酒店優於方艙，方艙優於蛋屋。

首先環境挺好，酒店的概念也比較新奇，大部分人都是沖這個來的。但是服務一般，設施設備一般，內部環境可以説非常非常一般，不能細看，房間不提供飲用水，沒有一次性拖鞋（衹有循環使用的塑料拖鞋）洗漱用品非常差，也不提供充電線、消毒液等，床品也不能細看，全是污漬（説洗不乾淨）方艙所有窗户（包括衞生間）都沒有貼防窺膜，衹有窗簾很容易泄露私隱，總之！如果我是一百多訂的酒店我就不説話了，但我花了五百住一晚，確實不盡如人意！望酒店能提升！
