It's extremely bad experience with this hotel. First as new to San Francisco, I was attracted by he front page of the hotel pictures of the beautiful stoch arch architecture and green and lake, however it turned our that the building is a tourist place of Palace of Fine Arts, which is 28km drive from the hotel! That was Cheat #1. And my booking was a Standard King Room with description of bathtub included, however it was not! That's Cheat #2. And I have prepaid the full amount to Trip.com for the two-night booking, and when I checked in at the hotel ths staff requested me to present my credit card saying it was just an “authorization”as deposit and it would be released after chechout, however two days later after I checked out, the transaction was full approved into my credit card bank statement and has been converted into my local curreny, which means that was not an “authorization” but an actual payment! That's Cheap #3. The room is quite small not worth the price, and there is literally no sound proof and I can hear any sound coming from the front door with such big gap between door and frame. Never this hotel again!

Use the hotel for a layover. Near airport. Service is good. Well rested before a long 17-hour flight.

shuttle bus is nice. room is clean and comfortable. Will stay next time.

The facility was nice and very close to the hotel. The shuttle gets very busy from the airport but it comfortable and the drivers are great.

Stayed here for an overnight layover. A bit expensive but much better than sleeping in the airport. Very conveinent for a 5pm landing in SFO and a noon departure. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication when it came to (what I was told the night before) a complementary breakfast voucher.

Each room only leave 1 bottle of water, it's not enough.

Stayed the night due to flight delay. Great shuttle service every 15 minutes, decent breakfast buffet and a la carte. Comfy bed as well for the family.

Not friendly not clean because of near airport they are surviving

The staff was very nice and helpful. Though the room was clean, it was quite old and dark.

Very good location for transition travellers as it is very close to airport. Their every 15 mins shuttle to airport is very very comfortable and handy.

Good location for airport with all amenities you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. Disappointing restaurant though and why do upscale hotels need to charge for internet access/
