Yingxue Hotel

I've been to Xiling Snow Mountain many times, and I always book at Yingxue. It's the closest to Yingxue Square. However, this time I noticed the bed linens weren't cleaned properly, and the breakfast selection was very limited, much less than before.

Not bad at all! They organized a wild vegetable foraging event and even gave out small gifts.

I read a lot of reviews beforehand saying the hotels on the mountain weren't great in terms of environment and hygiene. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised – it's actually pretty good for a mountain hotel. The next morning, we took the cable car up to Yinyangjie and saw soft natural snow and little squirrels. It wasn't too crowded during the Chinese New Year period. Overall, a pretty good trip!

The lake view twin room is still the best. The room's location is excellent, the service is great, and it's fully equipped. We choose Yingxue every year.

It took us two hours to drive from downtown Chengdu. We parked the car at the foot of the mountain, took a short cable car ride, and then a quick bus ride to reach the mid-level of Xiling Snow Mountain! The hotel is quite old, and the environment is just average. Plus, there was no snow and the weather was very hot, so there wasn't much of a view.

Facilities: We stayed in a lake-view room, and the facilities were very new, meeting our expectations. With the balcony door closed, it was essentially soundproof, so we couldn't hear any noise. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was well-maintained; both the bathroom and the room were quite clean. Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Yingxue Lake. Service: The service was generally satisfactory. Each room received a complimentary souvenir. Luggage Transfer Service: This service was super convenient and saved us the hassle of carrying our own luggage. Erlang Mountain Ski Resort Double Ticket and Double Yuan Yang Chi Cable Car Round-Trip Ticket: Two tickets were included, which was a nice bonus.
