Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

This boutique hotel is beyond our expectation with exceptional service. The hot spring overlooks a river and facing the mountain. Having a dip in the evening till it turns darks may be the best timing to experience the lighted up scenery. The room was big bag spacious and most importantly clean. All staffs are courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated and excellent service. Hot pools also very good
Location 30 minutes from Xiling snow mountain but hotel arranged a car - not a lot near the hotel
Restaurant a bit limited for dinner options
The hotel really tried hard for us - considering we were the only non Chinese guests

Upon arrival, we were given an upgraded room. It was spacious and even had a bathtub for the kids. The infinity pool was also fun; the kids spent the entire afternoon there.
We'll definitely be back.

After hiking, we decided to find a hot spring on a whim. We arrived that evening and were greeted warmly by the front desk. They arranged a late check-out for us and even had afternoon tea delivered to our room. The kids had a blast enjoying the hot springs while we ate. They also included a travel photography session. The photographer was very professional. We didn't choose the setup, but he still managed to capture some natural family moments. Great! We didn't have enough time to use the hotel's public pool, but the view from there is amazing. I'll definitely try it next time.
