The hotel was very clean i loved the snook plus mister wang was very very nice plus the person who selled food inside the room was nice thank you if possible we will come back again 🙏🏻

This is one of few hotels on the mountain that accepts foreigners. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Hotel gave us complimentary breakfasts- the breakfast buffet was great. Will definitely visit again.

i really had a great time in this hotel. Staff name Mr Wang really helpful and very kindhearted to us. He welcomed and treated us with kindness and respect. help us a lot as we cant find halal food so he provide us some snack that we can eat for. All staff here also very friendly. you can also go to cable car just few minutes away by walking. the ambience and environment are very great and amazing. you will not regret for sure. 🫶🏻

Traveling off-peak is really great! The weather is perfect for taking photos, the temperature is just right, and there's no need to wait in line. A weekend getaway for the whole family is a must! We have children with us, and the staff even provided toothbrushes and slippers for them. The attention to detail is spotless. The room was very cool, the cleaning was meticulous, and the service was excellent. The staff also recommended fun places and nearby delicious restaurants—which was a big thumbs up!

The view king room I stayed in had a direct view of the cable car going up and down, which the kids loved. The front desk service and the cleaning lady were very good. Staying at the hotel also got half off the cable car ticket, which was very good.
