Fresh and clean, although there is some visible wear and tear at the hotel it was sufficiently clean ( bathroom had a few things that my clean nut eye saw) and comfortable. The bed had ample pillows with both feather and synthetic filled pillows. Often I need to request non feather pillows as I’m allergic to feather.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man whose name I missed was very helpful and they ensured we had what we needed and we were happy. Special thank you to Linda who arrives early morning to put out the fabulous continental breakfast! Her friendly and helpful demeanour was appreciated.  I only gave a 4 star rating because I felt the bathroom should be the cleanest space in the room. Thanks for a great night sleep, would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Young women at the desk were great checking in and conversation. One simple fix suggestion for the room. Throughout the night we heard a ”knock, knock, knock” like someone was tapping on a nearby door. When I woke up in the night to use our bathroom I realized what it was. The hair dryer is on a hook on the back of the bathroom door and when i opened it I heard the annoying sound I had been hearing all night. Take that hair dryer off the hook and put it in the closet and your guests will sleep better.

I love the front desk service and their cinnamon rolls for breakfast are bomb
