This room wasn’t as expected as I stayed in room 703 before. This room 225 was small for 3 adults. No space to open luggages. Lack of charging port. One charging point next to entrance of the door and placed so high that our cables wasn’t long enough to reach we have to pull a chair (see photo luggage height) The tv is spoilt too, u have to adjusted up and down to get TV to be working!!! You have to informed reception to open door to parking so that you can park your car inside, just pay a fee. I love the breakfast buffet.

The place is really great, just at the centre of Tromsø, next to the beautiful port and the bus centre; the restaurants next to the hotel are amazing as well. My breakfast was included, and I really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of choice with great flavors! Strongly recommended!!!

The room is okay and the breakfast is OK. It's a decent hotel with good value for money. Next to the church, I get free desserts every Saturday at church.

The location is quite good, the room is facing the cathedral.

The hotel is under renovation, but the attitude of the waiters is still very good, the room is clean, and the price is reasonable. It is a good choice

Amazing view on the Cathedral (a clean window would've made it even better). Great breakfast. Staff at reception very helpful and professional. This earns a good review, but.... I found the TV bearing on. The hand soap was completely empty; small detail in a bigger picture: had the room actually been cleaned? It seems so and they got me the soap in the end. The room (and the hotel) looks in need of some reparing here and there. Quite cold even with the heating at full steam. Luckily I could use the other duvet. I'm not new to Northern climate. I didn't mention anything. I was staying only two nights and didn't want anyone in my room. In general I found it overpriced. But the potential is good.

the hotel room is very noisy. you can hear the cell phone of the room attendant ringing and the traffic from outside.
