Not enough instruction. I thought it was a hotel. Because, once I have stayed in the golf. It was the hotel. No front desk, no soap, no shampoo, no tissues. At 9 pm we had to go out to buy all those. Stores were closed. If we were told those we needed to buy, we could have done it before we checked in.
Then we couldn’t find bedding, if the instructions were written where we can find, it could been much easier. We spend unnecessary hours to search.

Do not book here its literally falling down filthy and has stairs and areas taped off as unsafe. Apartment nothing like described. Reception is deserted with a huge hole in the roof leaking water. Families were leaving as soon as they arrived unless you want to stay in a squat don't book here.

Bonjour à tous tout d'abord je tiens à vous expliquer une telle note aussi catastrophique. Nous avons voyager et pris des logements indépendants dans divers région en Normandie et celui-ci n'est vraiment pas digne du tarif demandé, de plus il est loué pour 6 couchages alors qu'il n'y en a que 4 les deux canapés n'était pas convertible, lorsqu'ils ont loué le logement ils le savaient très bien car après cette déception nous avons été voir les commentaires sur le site TripAdvisor et il s'avère qu'il y avait déjà eu ce problème là avec les locataires précédents. C'est une honte de louer un logement aussi insalubre car il a tout de même fallu dès notre arrivée que l'on prenne le balai afin de nettoyer la terrasse je vous mettrai en pièce jointe quelques photos du logement afin que vous vous rendiez compte par vous-même. De plus j'ai essayé de contacter la résidence à divers reprises afin qu'il nous rembourse le logement car il n'était pas du tout louer pour le nombre de personnes demandés mais bien évidemment je n'ai eu aucune réponse de leur part quelle honte.

Un séjour très agréable chez…Balenciaga ! Un petit appartement tout confort, belles prestations intérieures. À l’extérieur, des jardins entretenus, une grande piscine sécurisée et aménagée et, pour terminer un parking. Excellent séjour en perspective. !

Très déçue de cet établissement. Nous y avons séjourné cet été. Le canapé qui fait office de couchage est inconfortable à un point inimaginable, dormir à même le sol est mieux. Il y avait des tâches de moisissures sur le plafond de la salle de bain. La partie congélateur du frigo fonctionnait mal. J’ai adressé un courrier de réclamation resté sans réponse. C’est une honte Passez votre chemin
