Do not book this! The photos on the booking platforms (like ***********) are not displaying the reality. Several things in the apartment were broken, like the toilet, and it is well overpriced. After we complained to our contact person, they never responded. our stay did not make us feel comfortable and we were very disappointed. The room was not in the state it was displayed in the photos on *********** and essential things were non-functional like the toilet. We should have read the reviews on google first and then not book this. Here some issues we mentioned to the 'management' (without any response after that): x Toilet seat is broken x room is not like displayed in the pictures x used/dirty towel in the bathroom drawer x wardrobe is not stable x bed back board material is full of scratches and flaking off x walls are dirty/full of scratches x broken piece of a wardrobe lying around

Ho dovuto chiamare due volte e scrivere via wathsapp per avere i codici di accesso quasi alle 17 ( scuse varie per il disservizio). Stabile un poco sgarruppato. Stanza discreta con mobile logori. Bagno con lavandino intasato e doccia con i profili sporchi di nero ( muffa?). Brutta, brutta impressione. Non lo consiglierei.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza non pensando che saremmo finiti in un incubo, camere fatiscenti, luride e puzzolenti, non degne di definirsi bed& breakfast, abbiamo chiesto di essere rimborsati, cosa che chiaramente il contatto telefonico ha detto impossibile da farsi, scarsa serietà, al limite della decenza civile. Stanza ampia e luminosa dotata di tutti i comfort wifi,condizionatore,frigo macchina del caffè...Ampio terrazzo con sedie e tavolino,Parcheggio proprio sotto lo stabile,ho trascorso due notti,vicinissimo all'ospedale Brotzu..Grazie al proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, penso che per qualsiasi cosa tornerò.

Mai capitata una stanza così pessima. Qualità prezzo pessima Neanche fossimo al centro della città. 80€ a notte per avere la tavoletta del water rotta, il freezer completamente ghiacciato, La veranda sporca, la doccia che perdeva. Mai più Per non parlare del continuo passaggio di macchine per tutta la notte essendo di fronte alla strada principale per l'ingresso a Cagliari

Sistemazione comoda ed economica soprattutto per una breve visita o sosta, perché a poca distanza sia dal centro che dall’aeroporto. Le camere sono decenti e pulite con n tv e wi-di. Check-in automatico e parcheggio libero proprio sotto la struttura.
