First of all, it is falsely advertised as 5 star hotel. At best, I would rate it as 4 - star hotel. Room service is slow.

the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit.

Location is good. It’s on the outskirts of dehradun, everything’s about 30-40 mins away. Food is average. Amenities are good, the view from the pool is to die for. It’s so beautiful.

Excellent hotel, awesome location and super friendly staff.

The food is absolutely wonderful, much better than the five star hotel i stayed at the nights before (Novotel Calcutta ). But things broke down: the phone, the toilet. It was a premium room in name only. But the food makes up for a lot!

Property location- Prime and all basic amenities within reach. Parking space- Congested Food- Above average. Less options in menu and even breakfast not upto the standards sarovar is supposed to have.! Services- Staff needs training. Check in staff lacked basic courtesy, etiquettes and manners. Check out staff- Shruti was there, and was far better than the others. The only one i could name…was great. Rooms- Average. Needs more attention specially by housekeeping staff. Linens were not washed. Basic toiletries missing. I mean i can’t keep on asking for basic dental kit etc. A room must cater for the requirement of two. In room dinning- Fast service however you need to call them three four times till they pickup your calls.
