On the third floor are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and queen size beds. The fourth floor includes a spacious rooftop deck with amazing city views. Location was perfect for our trip! One of the best rentals no homes we have stayed at. Highly recommend loved it! Note it is a multi-level place so make sure your group has good knees.

LoHi rooftop
The homeowner was very accommodating. He provided ample supplies and goodies. We enjoyed the rooftop much more than originally expected. Made it tough to get up and explore beautiful Colorado.

Technology Overload
Too many plugs/buttons/ bedroom overheated at night. Toilets flush very slow. Location was as needed. Garage was great. Very modern furniture, comfort could be better. Thanks anyways

Fabulous Retreat!
A cozy and impeccably clean modern condo within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. We loved the easy access to the highway as it made our day trips a breeze. House was automated and the hosts were wonderful so it made our stay carefree! Merry Christmas!

Modern townhome in LoHi
The townhouse was very comfortable for our party of 2 couples. We enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. The property has a lot of very cool features and lighting options in every room. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold, snowy weather we experienced. Brett was a great host, responded quickly to questions and puts a great deal of care into making guests feel welcome. One thing to note is that this is definitely someone's home so don't be surprised to see family photos, personal effects, etc.
