Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG
"Four nights. One of four, July 28, room AC stopped around 2am and room was 76F. But other days were ok. Breakfast depends on the day, sometimes very good and the others like motel level. People were nice."

"Great location - clean - breakfast is around 30 dollars"
Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center
"The hotel has friendly staff, and located between downtown and the airport. There is free parking on walking distance from the hotel. Overall a great place for the money you pay."
Executive Residency by Best Western Denver East
"The breakfast ran out of items by 8am - staff was unaware of keeping items stocked and guests happy - very disappointing. Door to our room (271) would never shut secure unless we slammed it many times. Tried telling a staff member but they only spoke Spanish. Never got fixed."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center
"For your information, I had a suite on the top floor, and as soon as I arrived I took the trouble to tell them that speaking in English was not easy for me and that it was not my original language. And jusye WOW I loved my stay with them. I have no negative points, very comfortable, the bed like the sofa, lots of space, the internet works really well, for the shower for me the water pressure is high and I was not disappointed, because the pressure of the water jet was perfect (not too strong, nor too weak), very good soundproofing, I heard nothing, I even managed to sleep like a baby, the staff was super nice, friendly, and they Helped me find the cheapest route back to the airport and even showed me where the nearest goal stop was. They were all very helpful. As for lunch, WOW!!! 1st thing I noticed is that in other places they don't do this kind of service, a super nice person comes to pick up your plate when it's empty, every morning there was a little something that changed so you don't always eat the same thing, there are of course certain things that remain normal and what's more, they were the most popular, I loved being able to make waffles every morning, there were a lot but really a lot of choice. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel for my part if I have to return to Denver I would use this hotel again. Ps.: sorry for the photos being a little blurry, I took a video but I couldn't find how to send my video so I took screenshoots of my video so that you can see what happens next."
Kimpton HOTEL MONACO DENVER by IHG
"Poor room internet"
Courtyard Denver Cherry Creek
"Good staff services at front desk and convenient location."
Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel
"I personally have a very good impression of Renaissance, and I feel that Renaissance is one of the best hotels of the same level. This Renaissance Hotel was converted from the Bank of Colorado, and it is very classical and magnificent. Many classical hotels have more or less some problems, such as old rooms, damaged equipment, chaotic management, etc., but this Renaissance has no such problems at all, and you can stay there with confidence (the location is also very good). This Renaissance is not the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in, but it is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced in the United States."

"The service at the place was amazing and if I was ever in Denver by the airport I would do it again"

The Curtis Denver - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel
"Satisfied with the service!"
Hilton Denver City Center
"Deeply Disturbing Experience – I Was Forcibly Removed for Speaking Up I stayed at the Hilton Denver City Center from Feb 19 to Feb 23, and what I experienced was not just poor service—it was truly humiliating and emotionally distressing. 1. Locked Out at 3:00 AM: My roommate was locked out of our room in the middle of the night and couldn’t get in, despite the door not being locked from the inside. Multiple replacement keys from the front desk didn’t work, and even the staff member who came up couldn’t open the door. Strangely, security staff later opened it with no issue, which contradicts the excuse that the door battery had died. 2. Rude and Dismissive Front Desk Manager: When I calmly raised my concerns the next morning, the front desk manager Courtney Thomas was extremely unprofessional. She interrupted me repeatedly, dismissed my explanation, and falsely claimed the issue was due to a battery problem. When I tried to explain further, she accused me of “raising my voice” and called security to remove me from the hotel—even though I was neither aggressive nor threatening in any way. 3. I Was Forcibly Removed from the Hotel: I was escorted out like a criminal simply for trying to talk about a service failure. I wasn’t even allowed to exit through the front door. My roommate, who wasn’t involved, was denied luggage storage. To make matters worse, security gave me the wrong address for my ride. 4. Housekeeping Disturbance and Unfulfilled Refund Promise: Housekeeping knocked twice before check-out and saw us inside, yet continued disturbing us. No apology was given. Also, Courtney promised a 20% refund as compensation—this was never processed. As a non-native English speaker, I felt completely dismissed, disrespected, and treated as a threat just for expressing frustration. I left the hotel feeling deeply humiliated and emotionally shaken. I’ve stayed at many Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt properties worldwide and have never been treated this way. This experience has had a lasting psychological impact, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, professional, or respectful stay. I sincerely hope Hilton’s senior management takes incidents like this seriously."
