Denver Hotels with Balcony

Really enjoyed this hotel and it's amenities the staff was very helpful and very patient with me because I didn't have an appointment to cover incidentals at first but they waited until I was able to get the money transferred to my account and all was well. Fairfield inn has always been a staple since I was young and has once again proven to be a great choice for a getaway in the city

一直在攜程訂酒店，這次看到酒店式公寓，試一下感覺挺好，住處設備齊全，廚房，洗衣機乾衣機一應俱全，地段鬧中取靜，離食品超市，火車站不遠，附近還有個公園，建議攜程以後可以引進一些這種類型。沒給滿分是因為沒有前台，check out後無法寄存行李，雖有合作伙伴可以寄存，收費也還可以，可是要步行十幾分鍾。

My stay was short but delightful. I felt like I was at home and it was wonderful after such a long trip. The hosts couldn't have been kinder. Definitely try the fresh baked choc chip banana bread....... incredible

The service is OK, the environment is OK, the hygiene is also good, you need to order breakfast yourself, which is much better than many hotels. However, when I was at the door, I saw a mouse running out, which scared a foreigner.

There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.

Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

The hotel's architecture, surroundings, interior environment, and room amenities are quite new. The rooms feature a refrigerator of about 200 liters, a high-power, fast double induction cooktop, simple cooking utensils, and dishes, allowing guests to prepare light meals. There are also shared BBQ facilities outdoors. Overall, the hotel is excellent. However, during my stay, the toaster in the breakfast area was out of order, so I couldn't toast bread or bagels. Furthermore, the manual release switch on the waffle batter dispenser was broken. The hot coffee refill service was also slow. These issues made me feel like the service here wasn't up to the standard I remember from Best Western chains. It seems the breakfast service management at this hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel's pool is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM, which is convenient for guests. Having dining options right next to the hotel is also a plus for guests who want to eat out. This place would also be a great option for couples looking for an apartment-style stay.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. There was no trash can in my room, but there were large trash cans in the corridor. The hair dryer on the bathroom wall did not work, but my hair was short, and it was summer. Thus, I did not mind it. Over the last 2 days, the Wi-Fi in my room did not work. I needed to go to the lobby because the Wi-Fi worked there. It appeared that other guests were also affected because I saw a guest sitting on the corridor floor in front of her room using a laptop. The air conditioning and refrigerator were both noisy, the parking lots sometimes was noisy, too; thus, I slept with earplugs. There was only a table and a chair in my room, which were enough for me because I travel along. If there are multiple people staying in this room, they cannot work at the table at the same time.

The hotel is very difficult to find. I met a enthusiastic American guy and always took us to the hotel. I came here at least twice as much for the first time. I followed the Google Maps prompt to circle the overpass. The young man took us through the railway station's hole and walked two-thirds less.

The accommodation is clean, although the room is a little cramped. Good customer care Lovely family
