Great
GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.
GGuest UserI have to say that Ctrip's service is really good! The first hotel we booked was cancelled due to poor communication. After contacting Ctrip, we were quickly transferred to this Hilton Hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Union Station is in a good location. There is a large supermarket opposite, which has a full range of food and drinks. It is very convenient. The room is also large, with a refrigerator and microwave. I recommend staying here!
AAnonymous UserPlease bring own toiletries - only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. No bedroom slippers. Only 2 bottles of water provided per stay. There is a water station to refill water bottles at ground floor. This is my second stay during this trip and I was placed in a room in the west wing during my second stay. It is further from the lobby. Basic room. Opposite has Target and some fast food restaurants. Overall a basic hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe overall environment is very clean, the room is cleaned every day, and the bedding and bathroom supplies are very clean. The front desk reception is very enthusiastic, the check-in is fast, and they also proactively provide travel suggestions, which is very considerate.

Very Good
CChristina McDuffieThough I wasn't there much but to sleep mostly the place was nice and clean check in was easy the lady was extremely helpful and nice made me feel welcoming they had a pool there didn't get to use it though cuz I didn't have time same with hot tub and I'm sure it was nice the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice and clean the facility itself was on a pretty clean service was nice my only thing I would say about this place that wasn't all the best was the food for breakfast it was kind of cold although they do give biscuits and gravy eggs sausage that's all nice and good but it would definitely taste better if it was warm other than that it was a good experience and I enjoyed it and I would definitely stay there again
GGuest UserThe airport shuttle service is very convenient.. It runs every 30 minutes and driver is very helpful .
Staff was very friendly . There are many restaurants around the hotel with a lots of choices .
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not far from the airport, but it is not convenient to eat around. The breakfast is simple and there are not many set meals to choose from. The room is relatively large and the bathroom is spacious. The bed is soft and hard, and the balcony is also large, but it is a bit noisy next to the road.
GGuest UserThe room and bathroom are generally clean. The bed is very soft. The only drawback is that there is always no one at the front desk. The bar downstairs is very noisy. The parking fee at the door is very expensive. Overall, it is very good. Highly recommended.
