Amazing stay, the staff were very helpful and attentive!
We don’t speak Chinese but between us all we worked thru everything. Rooms and restaurants were amazing! Pool was a great size with a lounging area around.
It was a very small breakfast option but the quality was top notch!

Good service, good location, rich breakfast
Hygiene: Very clean
Facilities: The swimming pool is not maintained and cannot be used. The bar on the first floor is a highlight. The game consoles are well received.
Environment: Very stylish. Samoyeds are warm and docile, so cute.
Service: The butler is very considerate and thoughtful

We booked a double bed and the room was equipped with 2 bathrooms. Really great attention to detail! There is a small outdoor bathtub and a lounge chair facing the bamboo forest and mountain view, which is very relaxing.

The housekeeper thoughtfully upgraded our room for free, with three beds and a living room, which greatly improved our comfort.
