Our housekeeper, Wenjing, provided excellent service, responding very promptly and accurately answering all our questions. Both my mom and daughter had a fantastic time! The restaurant food was also delicious. Everything was great, apart from it being a bit crowded!"

"Facilities: 1. The showerhead only had one nozzle, and there was no secondary running water on the shower floor. The shower water even ended up soaking my feet! 2. The TV has a screen mirroring function, but it didn't work and kept displaying errors. The front desk said that this was the only time the screen wouldn't work. Cleanliness: Very poor. The toilet hadn't been cleaned or disinfected. There were traces of the previous guest's use. I'm not sure if Jinjiang has proper cleaning and room inspection standards. The front desk said it wasn't cleaned and I had to move to another room."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and processed my check-in in just a few minutes. The room was spotless, and the mattress was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a huge variety, and the local dried bamboo shoot noodles were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Overall, it was a comfortable and great value stay. They even gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. A truly satisfying experience!"

"Because I chose a hotel near the start and end points of the horse race, I can walk to the race; the room is very clean and refreshing, I got there early to pick up the competition package, and the front desk was super nice to let me check in and rest first; parking is free + there are charging piles (parking spaces and charging piles are limited) First come first served); the run started at 7:30 in the morning, and I had to eat and digest before 6 o'clock. Breakfast didn't start yet, so my aunt fried eggs for me to eat first, which was very good!"

"Even during the May Day holiday, there weren't many people, which made it very quiet and perfect for a getaway. The service was excellent, with golf carts available for pickup and drop-off anytime. There were plenty of free activities, and we had a great time. However, the room facilities were quite basic, with few power outlets and dim lighting, which was a bit inconvenient. The on-site restaurant wasn't great value for money."

"Although we got an upgraded room, it was still quite small. The cleanliness was acceptable. The female receptionist was very nice and offered free breakfast for the kids. However, the male receptionist was a bit cold. The shower didn't have a non-slip mat, so I called the front desk to ask for one. The male receptionist said they would send one up, but after waiting over ten minutes, nothing arrived. I called again, and an older lady came up to say the hotel didn't have non-slip mats and offered a floor towel instead. Lastly, the breakfast was abundant and delicious."

""Nice hotel with beautiful views of Mogan Mountain. The rooms are spacious and clean. Shower area lack some hooks for towels (there is not even one for to hang a towel after use). Good size swimming pool, but the sun beds were missing. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately the restaurant is closed during the day and for dinner. To make this hotel worth the money, they should definitely keep the restaurant and bar open throughout the day and evening.""

"A hidden gem of a B&B in Xiantan Village, it looks just like something out of a Miyazaki fairy tale – so unique! We got upgraded to a dome room during the off-season, and I loved the tatami relaxation area and the balcony with breathtaking views. It would be even better if the private hot spring’s overhead cover could be removed and some small night lights added for extra ambiance! A big thank you to the thoughtful butler for their excellent care."

"Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The hotel has three floors, and you can watch projections in the rooms. There's a swimming pool on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the flowers planted there are quite lovely. The cleanliness, environment, and service are all excellent. They were very welcoming at check-in, and the owner is from my hometown! I forgot to take photos, so please use this text as a reference."

"I came for a trail running event, and this hotel is really close to Yucun Square. Overall, it was very clean, and my room was quiet and tidy with a balcony. They even provided some fruit, which was a nice touch. I know people will be wondering about directions. My only suggestion would be for breakfast to be served earlier when there are races in Moganshan, rather than strictly at 8 AM. They did offer ginger tea when I returned, which I really appreciated. I didn't try any of the other facilities, so I can't comment on those."

"This truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Moganshan. The environment and scenery are absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the hotel proactively communicated with us about children's amenities and supplies. The courtyard had a massage bathtub, which both the kids and my parents loved. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that for a room rate of over 7k, there wasn't a dedicated butler service, just a customer service WeChat contact. The older staff members provided excellent service, but the newer employees were noticeably unfamiliar with their duties; perhaps more training could be implemented in the future."

Environment: Surrounded by mountains, the air is fresh and clean. Service: A dedicated butler is always available, providing attentive service with a smile! One-hour private bath in the Bamboo Forest Hot Springs: Highly recommended. Not only is it photogenic, but it's also very clean. It was prepared an hour in advance, disinfected before soaking, and served with hot tea and snacks. A box of free-range eggs was also provided upon check-out! Their yellow tea is also delicious! Summary: Traveling in the off-season with fewer crowds is truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I compared many options and chose this one, and I wasn't disappointed!"

"Facilities: basically all intelligent control. The more rare one is wireless charging for mobile phones, so you don't need to bring a charging cable. The room is very large. The single bed is very large, 1.5 meters. Service: Very good. There are some choices for each type of breakfast, which I think is very good. Small but complete. The taste is also good. Drinks and fruit tea are also available. Recommend staying here"

"The experience was extremely poor. The room smelled indescribable, the fruit they provided was rotten, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest used it, and there was nothing to eat at breakfast. For a four-star hotel, the quality control was so poor, and at 358 yuan, it's not cheap at all. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this pitfall. "The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the wonderful scent of hyacinth perfume—it smelled amazing! The receptionist was very pretty, and her service was superb! 👍🏻 She even dried my clothes and brought them to my room—so thoughtful. The room was also very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak, paying close attention to the cleanliness of the bedding and toilet, and this room was impeccably spotless. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff! 👍🏻 The hotel's location is also great; it's close to a shopping mall, which is very convenient."
