The overall design is stylish, the public areas are elegant and spacious, the guest rooms are bright and airy, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bathroom fixtures and bedding are of the highest quality. The staff were gentle and courteous throughout, and check-in was efficient and quick, without the rushed feeling of a new opening. Every detail showed their care. The fatigue from my journey instantly disappeared as soon as I stepped into the room. It was an exceptional stay, truly a hidden gem of a new hotel, and I highly recommend it! The experience far exceeded my expectations. There's no ostentatious decor, just a minimalist and sophisticated feel. The rooms are spacious, with excellent soundproofing, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The facilities are new and complete, the toiletries are of high quality, and the cleaning is meticulous, leaving even the corners spotless. The service is just right—warm but not intrusive. Whether for business trips or short vacations, it's an excellent choice and definitely worth a special trip."

The boss is good at craftsmanship. I tasted it and it really deserved its reputation. I ate a very authentic local chicken and oily dumplings. If you are a novice in Moganshan, don't drive, and it is very convenient to take a taxi."

"The hotel's excellent hardware and software really impressed me. There's a wetland park nearby, and even staying on-site offers a wonderful ambiance. The evening lights reflecting on the building walls and pool surface were beautiful. The staff were also incredibly thoughtful; they tried their best to arrange an early check-in for us when we arrived ahead of time. The hotel-provided fruit plate and mini-bar were also very generous. Kids can even feed the koi fish. It's perfect for both leisure and vacations."

"Crowne Plaza is as reassuring as ever. We chose to stay at Crowne Plaza Moganshan, Deqing during the National Day trip. The receptionist was Hu Xin, a front desk staff. I would like to give Hu Xin a 5-star praise. The standard suite was upgraded to a deluxe suite when we checked in, and any problems encountered during the stay were handled promptly and quickly. On the second day of the stay, we woke up early and found someone smoking at the stairs (there is a clear no smoking sign here), which made the corridor full of smoke. After reporting it to Hu Xin, Hu Xin led the staff to deal with it in time and also gave us a discount for subsequent accommodation. Except for the small episode of smoking, I was quite satisfied with the whole check-in process. I like the staff Hu Xin. I will still choose Crowne Plaza when I come to Moganshan next time."

"Moganshan Jiangnan Yaowu Zhuxiang Resort is nestled against a bamboo forest, offering a tranquil and refreshing environment. Our third-floor room was clean and comfortable. Right outside the hotel is Yaowu Town, and the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary tickets to the Yaowu Scenic Area, which is just a minute's walk away. The 'Jiangnan Little Jiuzhai' is fantastic for photos! The scenic area boasts numerous attractions perfect for families, including a children's kingdom, a glass skywalk, cloud speedway, rail slides, a castle, and the Dragon's Roar rafting. The hotel also features an outdoor hot spring. After a relaxing soak, we enjoyed a complimentary dinner of local chicken hotpot, seasonal vegetables, and cured bamboo shoots. Feeling satisfied, we headed to the well-equipped gym to work off some calories, followed by a pleasant stroll. It's a wonderful leisure and vacation spot."

The Chinese food at the Artillery Restaurant was also quite good! Just had a minor issue with check-in at the front desk – probably due to too many guests during the holiday."

"Songbo Resort gave me a brand new experience! I've always loved staying at resort hotels to get away from the city, enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. But this hotel was more than just a tranquil retreat; it was a paradise for kids, with a rich variety of activities. The hotel is huge, so you need a shuttle from the parking lot to your room. Luckily, there are plenty of shuttles, and they're quick. The shuttle drivers were warm and polite, even helping with luggage. We stayed in a log cabin suite, which felt just like my dream of living in a forest park. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. As night fell, sitting in the front garden, I heard frogs, birds, and... a cat? No, I found out the next day at BOBO's Backyard that it was the sound of peacocks! The hotel offers various dining options; the Rainforest Restaurant serves generous portions, and the Cloud Top Restaurant requires advance reservations. The hotel's breakfast spread was particularly extensive. This wonderful experience wouldn't have been complete without the thoughtful service of our resort butler, Keke (Cola). A big thumbs up! 👍"

I had a quick meal before leaving; it seemed freshly cooked and surprisingly delicious. Overall, the stay and food were very comfortable, and I would definitely come back next time."
