"Facilities: 1. The showerhead only had one nozzle, and there was no secondary running water on the shower floor. The shower water even ended up soaking my feet! 2. The TV has a screen mirroring function, but it didn't work and kept displaying errors. The front desk said that this was the only time the screen wouldn't work. Cleanliness: Very poor. The toilet hadn't been cleaned or disinfected. There were traces of the previous guest's use. I'm not sure if Jinjiang has proper cleaning and room inspection standards. The front desk said it wasn't cleaned and I had to move to another room."

"A hidden gem of a B&B in Xiantan Village, it looks just like something out of a Miyazaki fairy tale – so unique! We got upgraded to a dome room during the off-season, and I loved the tatami relaxation area and the balcony with breathtaking views. It would be even better if the private hot spring’s overhead cover could be removed and some small night lights added for extra ambiance! A big thank you to the thoughtful butler for their excellent care."

"The relatively (to other places in china) high prices of nearby restaurants was the only detractor from my experience with my two other friends at this hotel. We stayed in a 2-bed room (queen and single) and had plenty of space for us to open all our luggages. There was a pool too, but we didn't use it. Perhaps the best part of the stay was how friendly and helpful the host was: she recommended food, helped us to our rooms, quickly gave us another towel when we needed one, literally ordered a taxi to the Moganshan entrance for us because we were having difficulties, and even gave us a bag with 10 water bottles for free!! Also the included breakfast was yummy too! Stay here and support her small family B&B!"

"I came for a trail running event, and this hotel is really close to Yucun Square. Overall, it was very clean, and my room was quiet and tidy with a balcony. They even provided some fruit, which was a nice touch. I know people will be wondering about directions. My only suggestion would be for breakfast to be served earlier when there are races in Moganshan, rather than strictly at 8 AM. They did offer ginger tea when I returned, which I really appreciated. I didn't try any of the other facilities, so I can't comment on those."

"For a room costing 1500 a night, everything from the environment to the service was a complete letdown. To reach the hotel room, I had to walk through the basement parking lot – I've never seen such a bizarre layout before. The staff looked utterly miserable, as if "don't bother me" was written all over their face. I'm a paying guest, yet I felt like I was walking on eggshells! Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell. The sheets and duvet felt damp, clearly indicating a lack of ventilation. The toilet and bathroom had transparent glass walls – what's the logic behind that design choice? The curtains weren't blackout, so the room was flooded with light as soon as dawn broke, making it impossible to sleep in the morning. And the small sofa in the room had visible stains; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages! When a staff member opened the door for us, the magnetic catch was broken, so they skillfully (and shockingly) tied the door handle down with a bathrobe sleeve! Unbelievable! Is this what I paid 1500 a night for???"

"This truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Moganshan. The environment and scenery are absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the hotel proactively communicated with us about children's amenities and supplies. The courtyard had a massage bathtub, which both the kids and my parents loved. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that for a room rate of over 7k, there wasn't a dedicated butler service, just a customer service WeChat contact. The older staff members provided excellent service, but the newer employees were noticeably unfamiliar with their duties; perhaps more training could be implemented in the future."

Its biggest advantage is its location right next to the Xiazhu Lake Wetland Park, with many rooms and public areas offering expansive lake views. Waking up to the lake view is truly refreshing, especially the incredibly healing scenery at dawn and dusk. The outdoor pool is a favorite among the kids! 😍"

"Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped and well-maintained, looking relatively new! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and I felt every area of the hotel was spotless. Environment: Surrounded by mountains, the air is fresh and clean. Service: A dedicated butler is always available, providing attentive service with a smile! One-hour private bath in the Bamboo Forest Hot Springs: Highly recommended. Not only is it photogenic, but it's also very clean. It was prepared an hour in advance, disinfected before soaking, and served with hot tea and snacks. A box of free-range eggs was also provided upon check-out! Their yellow tea is also delicious! Summary: Traveling in the off-season with fewer crowds is truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I compared many options and chose this one, and I wasn't disappointed!"

"I must praise this Qingju Hotel. The room is very clean, the service is very good, and it is a very happy accommodation experience. Moreover, the staff in the store are very enthusiastic and caring. The weather is very cold and it is raining heavily. They are still holding umbrellas outside to pick up guests who are as careless as me without umbrellas. When I checked in, I saw this scrolling poster at the front desk. I jokingly asked the front desk what this is. Atour fitting room, can I choose clothes? The front desk smiled and told me that this is a public welfare activity organized by Atour, an activity to donate clothes to the villagers of Atour Village in Yunnan. I was shocked. When digging a well, don't forget the well digger. Atour is indeed a brand that is doing charity work attentively and down-to-earth. It always passes on love silently. No wonder all the employees are so excellent and kind. I like the virtue of Atour Enterprise and the service of Qingju Hotel!"

"The room was clean and tidy. When I checked in, there was a large conference at the hotel. The management was very chaotic. There were noisy people at the door. Taxis could not drive to the hotel entrance at all, which seriously affected the normal needs of other guests. There was also a large event at the hotel entrance at night. The sound was deafening and affected my rest. When I left the hotel the next day, my car stopped at the hotel entrance for less than a minute before being driven away. In order to serve the guests at the conference, did they completely ignore the needs of other guests? It was really bad! I will block them from now on and will never stay again!"

"The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the wonderful scent of hyacinth perfume—it smelled amazing! The receptionist was very pretty, and her service was superb! 👍🏻 She even dried my clothes and brought them to my room—so thoughtful. The room was also very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak, paying close attention to the cleanliness of the bedding and toilet, and this room was impeccably spotless. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff! 👍🏻 The hotel's location is also great; it's close to a shopping mall, which is very convenient."
