This time I came for a short trip. The overall environment of this house is very good. If the big family comes, it is also good to live in a villa. But this time I am very dissatisfied with the service! [Front desk] service is OK, but the reception desk sign is not clear, the guidance is not clear [Shuttle driver] The shuttle bus driver is mostly not bad. One or two are very rushing. For a customer who comes here for the first time, it is not clear that the location is normal. As a shuttle bus driver, you can confirm with the customer, but it is not a ”this is not the place you said”, this tone [Chinese restaurant] The waiters in the Chinese restaurant are generally poor! Come in the restaurant 1. No guide staff 2. The noodle stall staff has been playing with the mobile phone. When they see the customer coming, they put the mobile phone away. Then they don’t say what choice they have. It seems that the customer who lives in the store for the first time should know the attitude. I look at the photo of the noodle stall and want to order fish ball noodles. Then the people at the noodle stall were very bad, and the expression was very disdainful and said ”we don't do it” 3. Basically no service, no dishes, no paper towels, nothing If the facilities and environment have reached the five-star (five-diamond) standard, the service must also be close to this standard, otherwise it will be doing face engineering.

My stay at Moganshan Senbo was truly satisfying, from before check-in to after check-out. Hotel hygiene is a big deal for me, and this time, whether it was our cabin, the common areas, or the various play facilities for kids, everything was spotless. When traveling with children, cleanliness is actually more important than many so-called 'luxury amenities,' and Senbo definitely put my mind at ease in this regard. We stayed in a cabin, and the resort's shuttle service made getting around incredibly convenient. Riding the shuttle through the park really added to the holiday vibe, and once we settled into the cabin, I could feel myself slowly unwinding from the usual work and life routine. The service also deserves high praise. The 'Bubble Butler' was very responsive to our needs, patiently following up and properly handling even the more trivial issues like coordinating tour activities, subsequent expense reimbursement, and parking fees. Truly excellent service lies in these details; it's not about avoiding problems, but about having someone dedicated and responsible to help you solve them. Additionally, we encountered a few issues during our stay that required coordination, and the Trip.com customer service team helped me communicate with the hotel and resolve them. The outcome was very satisfactory. In the end, it proved that trusting Trip.com and Senbo was the right choice this time. After the issues were resolved, not only did it not spoil our trip, but it actually made me appreciate both parties' attitude towards problem-solving and their service even more. The kids had a blast, and the adults were comfortable. The hygiene, environment, service, and follow-up handling all left us feeling reassured. A good trip isn't necessarily one where nothing goes wrong, but rather one where, even if problems arise, there are people willing to genuinely help you resolve them. This stay at Moganshan Senbo was exactly that kind of satisfying holiday experience, and I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel - a picturesque and pet-friendly choice Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel really gave me and my pet an unforgettable experience. The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful that it is intoxicating. Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, it feels like you are in a paradise. Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

酒店的位置在德清訊息小鎮，屬於高新區，周邊有會議中心，銀泰廣場，體育中心等設施，自駕很方便，酒店停車免費。我們定的是親子套房，一家四口，前台小姐姐貼心為我們多贈送了兩張早餐券。房間很新，很乾凈，有兩個衞生間，馬桶也都是一體式智能馬桶，很贊。唯一要提出意見的是，馬桶連接的水管會發出間歇性的“吱吱”聲，白天無所謂，深夜還是有點影響睡眠，希望能儘快檢修哦，其他都很棒！

The rooms are clean, spacious, and in a pleasant environment. The location is convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to the square, and there are farmhouses nearby offering cooking and dining options. The hotel provides a shuttle to the intersection, making it easy to walk to.

For our Moganshan trip, we chose the Marriott Deqing, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is large and spacious, and our room was very clean and smart, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views at all times. The service was also impeccable and thoughtful. A special thanks goes to the handsome Michael Lin. A typhoon hit during our stay, disrupting our original plans. Mr. Lin was incredibly helpful, immediately informing us about the scenic area's opening times, providing alternative itinerary suggestions, and even extending our check-out time, which truly saved our trip from being disappointing. We will definitely choose the Marriott Deqing again on our next visit!

Overall, it was a pretty good stay, even though the sun these past few days was so intense it felt like I was melting, making it hard to fully enjoy the 'secret realm.' Still, the general experience was pleasant. Every staff member was enthusiastic, from the butler to the front desk ladies, and the young men and women driving the shuttle. Each one made this tired worker bee see passion in their work! The slide room we booked was a huge hit with the kids; they were absolutely thrilled and went down the slide dozens of times. The pool is also great for children, but it was too sunny during the day, so we could only play in the water at night. One suggestion: it would be good to have some Western breakfast options. For those who don't like noodles and buns, mornings were a bit cheerless. For the room, I'd recommend adding a step stool. My child isn't tall enough, so washing hands was a bit difficult. Also, it would be great to have a drying rack on the balcony. After all, when you've been in the water, you need somewhere to hang clothes to dry.

This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body.

I spent the weekend at this hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The property is excellent — beautifully maintained, with a great location and stunning views. The pool area is lovely, and my room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a butler who was always ready to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed — truly attentive and helpful service. The service overall was very good, but I would suggest that the staff clean the pool with a net early in the morning before guests wake up. It’s a bit unpleasant to find insects that have fallen into the water overnight, and there wasn’t a net available for guests to use themselves. Apart from that small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
