We chose a cabin villa, which wasn't too far from the main building. The shuttle bus was very responsive, although we had to queue for it when going from the main building to our room. The waiting area was quite hot; it would be better if there was air conditioning or a fan. The room facilities were generally very good. There was a sterilizer cabinet and a refrigerator, and baby supplies were quite complete. The room had small stairs and toiletries. When we called the front desk to install a bed rail, they came quickly. In the evening, we rode the 'Qile Infinite' up the mountain. They even provided mosquito repellent spray, which was a thoughtful touch. The view from the mountaintop was great. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if they could add some shaded awnings in the animal feeding area, as it was too hot and sunny.

The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful that it is intoxicating. Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, it feels like you are in a paradise. Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

酒店的位置在德清訊息小鎮，屬於高新區，周邊有會議中心，銀泰廣場，體育中心等設施，自駕很方便，酒店停車免費。我們定的是親子套房，一家四口，前台小姐姐貼心為我們多贈送了兩張早餐券。房間很新，很乾凈，有兩個衞生間，馬桶也都是一體式智能馬桶，很贊。唯一要提出意見的是，馬桶連接的水管會發出間歇性的“吱吱”聲，白天無所謂，深夜還是有點影響睡眠，希望能儘快檢修哦，其他都很棒！

Recommended by a friend, this resort truly is my kind of place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I really enjoyed just unwinding here. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive; special thanks to the front desk for upgrading my room. The hotel also provided several activity vouchers, which was great as I could pick and choose what I liked. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, saving me the trouble of going out to find meals. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautiful, offering picturesque scenery all year round. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

The hotel's硬件 (hardware/facilities) and environment are excellent, but let's talk about the service: 1) On the afternoon of the 4th, I was checking in. Three front desk staff members were all attending to one group of guests. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and no one broke away to assist other waiting guests. One of the waiting guests went to ask if there was anyone else available to help, and surprisingly, that staff member ignored the rest of the queue and processed the inquiry for that guest, while the other two continued to assist the original group. After finishing with that guest, another front desk staff member ignored the remaining customers in line and proceeded to help a guest who hadn't even queued up. When I pointed out the issue, no one offered an apology or explanation. 2) There's a lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant. I asked the front desk if they had ice cream 🍦, and they told me to ask the restaurant. The restaurant then told me to ask the front desk. 3) They didn't proactively stop guests who ignored the no-smoking signs. Even after I brought it to the front desk's attention, no action was taken. In summary, I'll definitely visit Moganshan again, but I won't be staying at this hotel.

The hotel is brand new and located right next to the Deqing International Convention Center, likely built as a配套 facility for it. It's very convenient for getting around, with Deqing Alpine Rafting not far away, and nearby attractions like Yucun and Xiazhu Lake. Plus, the newly opened Intime City mall is right next door, accessible directly from the underground parking garage. A special shout-out to Michael Lin from the concierge team. Knowing we were celebrating a birthday, he not only upgraded our room but also provided a complimentary birthday cake and arranged for the housekeeping staff to decorate the room. We are incredibly grateful for his thoughtful arrangements, which made our three-day, two-night Huzhou trip truly memorable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Deqing. Overall, it was a pretty good stay, even though the sun these past few days was so intense it felt like I was melting, making it hard to fully enjoy the 'secret realm.' Still, the general experience was pleasant. Every staff member was enthusiastic, from the butler to the front desk ladies, and the young men and women driving the shuttle. Each one made this tired worker bee see passion in their work! The slide room we booked was a huge hit with the kids; they were absolutely thrilled and went down the slide dozens of times. The pool is also great for children, but it was too sunny during the day, so we could only play in the water at night. One suggestion: it would be good to have some Western breakfast options. For those who don't like noodles and buns, mornings were a bit cheerless. For the room, I'd recommend adding a step stool. My child isn't tall enough, so washing hands was a bit difficult. Also, it would be great to have a drying rack on the balcony. After all, when you've been in the water, you need somewhere to hang clothes to dry.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are located on the mountain, and you need to take an electric shuttle from the lobby to check in. The overall service was good, and the shuttles were frequent and responded quickly when called, making it quite convenient to travel between the room and other activity areas. The hotel is more geared towards families and children, offering a variety of activities like go-karting and kayaking, so you won't get bored staying there. The breakfast selection was decent, and the local Moganshan specialty dried plum vegetable pancakes were quite tasty. The only minor drawback is that the hotel has been around for many years, so some of the furnishings in the rooms show a bit of wear, which slightly affected the experience. All in all, it's still a good option, especially if you're traveling with children.

Moganshan in March smells like spring, and the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery, is incredibly peaceful. The stunning azure lake nestled among the mountains is a sight to behold. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain and lake views. We slept so soundly at night. For dinner, we tried the local spring bamboo shoots and free-range chicken soup, both absolutely delicious. The staff were also very attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. We definitely want to come back for another visit in the summer!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
