Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

Spent a day at Moganshan with the kids for spring break. We had great luck with the weather – heavy rain on the first day, then sunshine on the second. We stayed in 88A Chen Yi building, and from the balcony, we got to see a sea of clouds, the sunrise, and Naked Stables covered in mist during the rainy weather. The room was well-maintained, and the king-size bed was actually two beds put together, making it massive. Special thanks to the housekeeper who helped us carry our luggage upstairs. My only minor suggestion would be to change the breakfast from a buffet to a fixed menu; I think it would be more refined and help reduce food waste. Also, the toilet is smart, but the drainage might not be great, as there was a bit of an odor on cloudy evenings – it might need some maintenance. All in all, our two days at Luhua Dang Hotel were very enjoyable!

Choosing Mantian was absolutely the right decision for my Moganshan vacation! Nestled by the mountains and fields, with a serene bamboo forest, opening the door reveals lush greenery as far as the eye can see. The estate-like environment is quiet and incredibly therapeutic, perfect for capturing stunning holiday photos at every turn 📸. The resort offers so much to do, with outdoor lawns, farm animals, scenic photo spots, and engaging activities galore. Traveling with friends here, the vibe is simply fantastic. What truly impressed me was the service – attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout, you could feel the care in every detail. The accommodation was comfortable and relaxing, with comprehensive amenities. It's a one-stop-shop for dining, lodging, and entertainment, all earning full marks. This is definitely a hidden gem for escaping the city, unwinding, and enjoying a trip with friends. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back for a second visit!

Meeting the deer/cute animal interaction: The deer are super cute and friendly, and the place is very clean. Most importantly, the staff service is amazing! We missed breakfast, and the staff even asked if we had eaten and then cooked us a bowl of noodles. Highly recommend, will definitely come again next time!

The hotel is very good. The service is also good! The room has a balcony. Standing on the balcony and looking out the window at the beautiful mountains is amazing. Bring your grandchildren to compete! There is a playground for children outside the hotel! The breakfast was especially delicious! Children love to eat it! Nongfu Spring water is drinkable! Really great hotel! Just 100 meters away from the stadium! Worth the trip! It was delayed for two hours! Come back to Moganshan next time! Still living here! Quiet place! Breathing is green oxygen! When I left, the front desk also gave me free-range eggs! Very delicious! Thankful for the encounter!

If you don't want to just stay home on the weekend but are looking for a different way to relax, Xiangyue Lake is an absolute gem. It's not just about the cabins; it's a huge outdoor sports paradise. My friends and I primarily came for the outdoor activities, and the experience was fantastic! We did archery and played frisbee on the large lawn at Fei Camp, and in the afternoon, we went kayaking and rode a swan boat on the lake. The breeze on the lake in the evening was incredibly refreshing. There's even a professional horse riding facility in the park, with new equipment and a large arena, giving us a real 'Wild West' experience. I heard there are also dedicated forest trails for hiking, but we ran out of time this trip. I'll save that for next time!

Great experience! The package I bought was excellent value for money. After registering my license plate, I could drive directly to the hotel entrance. It also included tickets for three people, and the complimentary afternoon tea could be enjoyed at the lobby coffee bar. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The hotel's environment and location are top-notch; it's especially peaceful on the mountain at night. We went to the bar in the villa area for a drink, which was very relaxing. Breakfast was quite generous, but don't go too late, or there won't be much left. The only issue was that the dinner restaurant service was a bit chaotic. Our triple room was in a building near the entrance, offering sunset views.

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
