Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive."

Perched atop a mountain, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Moganshan range, with its own private outdoor pool. The themed rooms inside the castle are incredibly unique, making you feel as if you've traveled back to medieval Europe, sharing a dwelling with a diverse group of people. My only minor complaint would be the somewhat understated presence of the staff. Many newer resorts have a more proactive and attentive service approach."

The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. "Room cleanliness: I requested a non-smoking room upon check-in, but the room smelled strongly of smoke. I asked to switch rooms, but could still detect the smoke odor. There were also visible stains on the carpet from previous guests. Outside the room, the property clearly lacked maintenance. Service: The staff were very accommodating and service was prompt. Other hotel facilities: The facilities did not meet the expectations for the price. It's priced like a 5-star hotel, but the facilities are more like a 3.5-star. After checking out, I saw many buses outside picking up people, suggesting it's primarily a tour group hotel. Overall, the experience was not worth the price. It felt more like a typical 400-500 yuan hotel."

"I stayed for three days and two nights, so here's my overall review. The room's cleanliness was quite concerning; there was a lot of dust when I checked in and the floor was very dirty. However, I asked the cleaning staff to mop the floor for me, and I think the cleaning ladies were all excellent. They came immediately when I asked. During my stay, they were also very enthusiastic about providing extra blankets and umbrellas when requested. This was a stark contrast to the front desk staff. When I asked 'Butler Xiaoyue' at the front desk for an extra blanket and four umbrellas, I was completely ignored. It rained on the second day, and we didn't have umbrellas. I asked the butler, as there were four adults and three children, but I only received one umbrella and never got a response afterwards. The service attitude was very poor. Later, I asked the cleaning lady, and she gave me four umbrellas; she was genuinely a very kind person. What I want to complain about most is probably the breakfast. It was worse than a budget hotel's breakfast. There were no freshly cooked wontons or noodles, only fried noodles and some simple meals and fruits. And the fried noodles often ran out. At 9:30 AM, my friend asked a staff member for boxed yogurt, and the staff said it was no longer available, even though there were still many guests eating and the breakfast officially ended at 10 AM. This hotel is incredibly stingy. Many staff members in the breakfast area just stood around chatting; I don't know what they were there for. Four or five people were gossiping together. When asked about eggs, they said there were none. At 9:30 AM, I asked for hard-boiled eggs because there was nothing else to eat, and they also said they were out. The fried noodles were replaced with peanut butter noodles – the chef must have been trying to cut corners. The Western restaurant is truly a disaster. Apart from the cleaning ladies, all the other staff members were incredibly unhelpful, though the shuttle bus drivers were quite good. Because of the awful breakfast experience, we ended up eating lunch and dinner at the nearby Intime mall. It was only a 15-minute trip, and they had everything we wanted, so there was no need to eat at the hotel. As for the environment, it was beautiful, with forest and natural scenery. We booked a 699 package for a two-bedroom suite for one night, which included breakfast for four adults. We checked in first, and our two friends checked in later. The front desk told my friends they needed to pay for two adult breakfast vouchers. I'm not sure which front desk staff member told them this at 5 PM on a Friday, but could you please clarify that our package included breakfast for four adults? Can the front desk just make things up now?"

When traveling with children, cleanliness is actually more important than many so-called 'luxury amenities,' and Senbo definitely put my mind at ease in this regard. We stayed in a cabin, and the resort's shuttle service made getting around incredibly convenient. Riding the shuttle through the park really added to the holiday vibe, and once we settled into the cabin, I could feel myself slowly unwinding from the usual work and life routine. The service also deserves high praise. The 'Bubble Butler' was very responsive to our needs, patiently following up and properly handling even the more trivial issues like coordinating tour activities, subsequent expense reimbursement, and parking fees. Truly excellent service lies in these details; it's not about avoiding problems, but about having someone dedicated and responsible to help you solve them. Additionally, we encountered a few issues during our stay that required coordination, and the Trip.com customer service team helped me communicate with the hotel and resolve them. The outcome was very satisfactory. In the end, it proved that trusting Trip.com and Senbo was the right choice this time. After the issues were resolved, not only did it not spoil our trip, but it actually made me appreciate both parties' attitude towards problem-solving and their service even more. The kids had a blast, and the adults were comfortable. The hygiene, environment, service, and follow-up handling all left us feeling reassured. A good trip isn't necessarily one where nothing goes wrong, but rather one where, even if problems arise, there are people willing to genuinely help you resolve them. This stay at Moganshan Senbo was exactly that kind of satisfying holiday experience, and I'll definitely come back if I get the chance."

Facilities: All sorts of facilities are available, making it very suitable for family trips, especially if you're traveling with dogs and children. Genuinely kid-friendly and pet-friendly! Service: Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent service attitude! Hygiene: The biggest drawback was the hygiene. By hotel standards, the room's cleanliness was very poor, and even by guesthouse standards, it was only average. The toilet hadn't been properly cleaned; there were urine stains and hair, which was quite off-putting. Dining: The on-site restaurant's farm-style dishes were excellent. We had two dinners and one breakfast at the hotel, and it was great for the family. Overall, the experience was quite good, with plenty of activities like fruit picking, fishing, and a mini-zoo. I really hope they can improve the hygiene! I'd be willing to come back if I have the chance, especially with my family."
