I returned to the room very late and found that a curtain was missing. I reported it early the next morning but no one responded. I asked again in the afternoon and they said it was not fixed. I changed the room and was given four bottles of drinks. There is no room cleaning service and the public areas are not clean. There are sticky drink stains in the elevator hall and anti-slip signs were put up, but the staff ignored it for two days.
