After a while, they specially sent a stool for the elderly to take a bath in the room; the room aunt also sent a few more bottles of water, and smiled and said before leaving, ”Call us at any time if you need anything.” These details are enough to move people, and I didn't expect the warmth to continue. Knowing that the elderly are inconvenient to travel and can't experience the ”late-night porridge” service, the front desk specially brought a bowl of hot porridge at night, and also served it with a dish of side dishes; at breakfast, the manager on duty personally brought hot chicken soup wontons to my table. When I checked out, the lady in the room saw that I had to push the wheelchair and carry the luggage, so she put down her work and took the initiative to help me send the luggage to the garage. Such professional and thoughtful service is really touching. In the future, this Atour will definitely be my first choice when I go out! I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues and friends!
