"I was instantly impressed upon entering the lobby; the environment was spotlessly clean and brightly lit, and the staff greeted me warmly, even offering tea, which made me feel incredibly welcome. Deliveries to the room were also very prompt. As I arrived quite late and was very tired, I didn't feel like going out for dinner, so the hotel's late-night congee service was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast was also delicious. This hotel is a true gem, highly recommended!"

"The most serious problem with the hotel was the thin duvet cover. Even a slight movement revealed tiny particles under the spotlight, causing our family of three to cough all night. A check-up revealed a large number of mites, bacteria, dust, mold, and other contaminants crawling out. It seems the duvet was cheap and of poor quality, and hadn't been cleaned in a long time – truly disgusting! This hotel is shared with other hotels and some businesses in a run-down building. The elevator is cramped. When booking, I saw a four-star rating on Ctrip, and the pictures looked good. I also saw that the rooms were on the 19th floor, leading me to believe it was a large hotel worth staying at. However, it's not a proper, independent hotel. Upon entering the room, we found the pillowcases hadn't been changed at all; the previous guest's use was obvious. When we approached a staff member, they argued that the crease in the middle of the pillowcase meant it had been changed. I asked them to smell the pillow; it smelled of sweat. They didn't smell it, but simply changed the pillowcase again. I told them that the pillowcase I slept on today still had the crease the next morning when I checked out, but they insisted it wouldn't! I took pictures of the pillowcases when I checked out this morning! Pictures 1, 2, and 3 were taken when I checked in, and pictures 4, 5, and 6 were taken this morning when I checked out after using them; there are still creases."

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the taste was fantastic – I was very satisfied. The overall environment was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and the experience was excellent. Both the hardware and service were on par with Atour Hotel. My first stay was a complete success; it's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it!"

It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. It's a new hotel. It's also close to Texas College. Parking is very convenient. Parking is free at the hotel. There's a hot spring and footbath in the back. I was short of time and didn't have time to experience it, but the room was really good. Check-in is on the first floor.
