GGuest UserThis hotel is the best decoration of the Hanting Hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment, facilities and sanitation are first-class. The bath water is very sufficient. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Song's service, are particularly warm and thoughtful. Xiao Song's service is aware of the service attitude from the service. First-class, The parking lot is under property management. My car has a little encounter in the parking lot. Xiao Song called the property to explain the situation as soon as possible. The property manager also arrived at the scene to understand the situation. No matter what the result is, I highly recognize their service awareness and deserve praise.

Ssummer0999Well, how should I put it? This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was terrible. After we parked our car there, a security guard in uniform came over. I asked him what he was doing, and he said, ”Don't worry about me, just move your car.” I said, ”What are you doing here? Or at least show us your work ID.” When I asked the front desk what he was doing, he wouldn't say. I asked if he was working for the hotel, but he wouldn't answer either. He was so arrogant. Well, that's it. I'll never stay at this hotel again.
