But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

The set meal includes a full meal, which can be eaten at noon or in the evening. The dishes are rich and not bad. The mutton soup is delicious, with a hint of cumin, not fishy or smelly. Outside the restaurant, you can see Ande Lake through the shadowy branches, which is pleasing to the eye and satisfying. The service is very considerate. They will ask in advance whether to use an extra bed, and will also prepare children's slippers and disposable utensils for children. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The room is fully equipped and has a small courtyard. Sitting on the hanging chair in the courtyard in the early morning, listening to the birds singing on the branches, it is quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of dishes, wonton chicken soup noodles, toasted toast, meat sandwich... The taste of stir-fried dishes is generally lighter. The hotel has a 4-seater sightseeing bicycle that can be used for free, but it is only allowed on the road outside the hotel. I found a 2-seater bicycle on the trail along the lake. I rode while enjoying the scenery of the lake that is better than Jiangnan, and I felt happy. The hotel also gave fish food for free. After riding back, the children fed the fish by the pool in the courtyard. The beautiful holiday life ended easily and happily~

This newly opened hotel feels refreshingly new. The resort is large, the facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Maybe it's just opened. I've tried both the Western restaurant and breakfast. While the selection is limited, the service was excellent, especially Zhou Xiaoyu, who I met at breakfast. He has a strong sense of problem-solving and service, and his service standards are excellent. This hotel is trustworthy and I hope it continues to improve.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the projector provided a clear picture. It had memberships for Mango TV, Youku, iQiyi, and Tencent Video, making watching TV very convenient. Recommended.

Except for the poor food, everything else is good. Especially for breakfast, I can only eat fried rice. There is nothing. Checked in this hotel, saw that the room design style is more holiday style and there are hot springs, and there are outdoor ones. There are leisure areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Suitable for children to play. Good value for money. You need to buy a ticket to enter the hot spring area. It costs 75 per person on weekdays. The service staff in the hot spring area are still very good. Because there are no restaurants and facilities around, it can be said that the surrounding area is empty, and there is not even a small shop. So I chose to have dinner in the hotel. Children over 1.1 meters tall will be charged for the buffet, and the children's buffet is 58/1 person. The dinner for adults is 108 per person. I spent 58 yuan at dinner time, and the children went in and ate. Two buns, French fries were fried dry and hard, and adults couldn't chew them. Hotel breakfast, in the morning, I was told that the breakfast for children would be charged 28 yuan. I decisively did not let the children go in, because the children could not eat anything at all and there was nothing serious in the breakfast. The sausages are all starchy, and the bacon is all fat. The food is worse than Hanting. The child did not enter the restaurant at all. He sat at the door of the restaurant and played with his mobile phone. After the door waiter negotiated with the restaurant lobby manager, he still told the child that if the height is more than 1.1cm, he would have to pay 28 yuan before entering! This is really inhumane. As a parent, I was also very angry. As a parent, I don’t understand this. What can you eat for breakfast? The child eats 28 yuan and how many bites can the child eat... I have been to many cities over the years, and this is the first time I have heard of such a rule, so I don’t understand it at all.

Very clean. Staff were nice. The only pool that had water was the ~1.5m pool, but it’s location was perfect (shaded) for afternoon swims. Pool has floodlights to allow for night swimming, as well, which is nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor children’s soft play area. Location is pretty far from major urban areas, but this is to be expected for a country club; there are shops within walking distance to purchase food / snacks (also a shop inside the hotel). Rooms were clean, nice balcony. Our family had a nice time.

The apartment building room we booked was exceptionally quiet and well-equipped with 24-hour hot water. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly (ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧). If we had booked the main hotel building, which also has a hot spring, we would have chosen the apartment building as a stopover. There's also a wildlife park within the complex, which is very convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from the highway exit, making it extremely convenient.

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient, the service is good, nothing to say, warm, efficient, basically responsive, mainly affordable, parking is free, and the stay is very satisfactory!
