GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel is very attractive, and after entering the lobby, I was even more impressed by its exquisite decoration. The layout of the room is very distinctive, and the hotel's intentions are reflected in the details. For example, the toiletries are well-known brands and are sufficient in quantity. The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is soft and hard in the right way, and the pillow fits the curvature of the head very well, which makes me sleep very soundly. The hotel service staff are very professional, from the greeting at the door to the farewell at check-out, it makes people feel very warm. The breakfast variety is very rich, with both traditional Chinese dim sum and Western bread, fried eggs, etc., and they are all freshly made and taste great. The environment around the hotel is also very good, with many parks and commercial streets, which are very convenient for walking and shopping. I am very satisfied with this stay, and we will see you next time.

GGuest User這家酒店真的有點東西！一進門那個大堂，看着就特別高級，最讓我驚喜的是旁邊居然還弄了個小小的會客廳，這也太細節了吧！不管是跟朋友談話還是坐那兒辦公，感覺都特別舒服，小小的私人空間，能看出老闆是真用心了。
而且衞生絕對沒得挑，房間收拾得那叫一個乾淨，服務也是槓槓的，前台小姐姐全程笑眯眯的，辦事麻利又貼心。
對了，還得誇誇他家早餐！種類挺多的，而且味道真不錯，早上吃得飽飽的再出門，一天心情都特別好。總之這次體驗拉滿，下次來還住這兒！

GGuest UserEverything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of the Animal Kingdom. It has a bit of smell. It was built a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit old. There are indelible stains on the toilet... But as a parent-child hotel, the children's facilities are basically complete, with footstools, children's toilet seats, and toiletries. But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

GGuest UserWe changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

Overall it is worth living, but the hotel management service needs to be optimized: 1. The booked suite can accommodate 3 people, and the complimentary breakfast and scenic tickets are 2 people. The rules are stereotyped, not from the customer's perspective, and the experience is discounted; 2. The hotel positioning should be high, but the standardized facilities are missing. The room is not equipped with a refrigerator, safe and clothesline, which causes inconvenience to a certain extent. 3. The disposable slippers in the room are marked with the words such as fines, which is both a little offensive and a health worry; 4. It is recommended to open a convenient passage for guests to enter the park at the entrance of the hotel, which fully reflects the geographical advantages of the hotel and allows guests to avoid the ”wrong road”.
