4-Star Hotels in Dezhou

The hotel is located in the center of the Animal Kingdom. It has a bit of smell. It was built a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit old. There are indelible stains on the toilet... But as a parent-child hotel, the children's facilities are basically complete, with footstools, children's toilet seats, and toiletries. But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. Environment: Good Service: Good Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good

Everything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

The service staff are friendly, the hotel facilities are well-equipped, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, the surrounding transportation is convenient, it is very close to the shopping mall, and the parking lot is large!

Qihe Poly Yueya Hotel experience exceeded expectations! The location is particularly convenient, self-driving to Jinan Hualin Garden, Oulebao are very close, with the baby travel preferred. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. The public area is clean and tidy, with complete supporting facilities. There is plenty of parking area, so you don't have to worry about parking spaces by car. The overall quiet is not noisy, just go to the park for a night to play, the price is very high, next time you come to Qihe, you will choose to stay!

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and felt that the environment was good and the parking lot was large. I passed by during the Spring Festival this time and chose to stay at this hotel again. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is not satisfactory.

The room is quite big, the twin bed can not be put together, it is a bit inconvenient for the two children, the hotel facilities are OK, the towel saw stains, the hair dryer burned the scalp. The biggest disadvantage is that the bath water is too small, and the small can be said to be unable to take a bath. This really needs to be improved. The advantage is that it is worth seeing the fireworks directly, but there is also a good viewing location downstairs. The early time of the fireworks time is also very short, five minutes? ? In short, Ole Fort personally believes that there is a lot of room for improvement. The breakfast for children is 68, which is more expensive than hotels and surroundings of the same level. In fact, children eat very little, and the big river in Hualinyuan needs to be upgraded or refilled. It is too inconvenient to leave the hotel. I want to complain most no matter whether any park car rental is at least four or five hundred a day, there is no hourly charge, really should consider the situation of most people, change to hourly charge better. If you only play two parks, you will have to rent a car for 1,000 yuan. If you play four parks, you will have to start at least 5,000. You have not counted eating and feeding animals. It is also expensive to eat inside. Any animals are fed and charged again, so it actually costs a lot to play. There are still many improvements in the details, and merchants should consider more.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull. Room is very big and spacious. Well kept overall. Comfortable bed and shower is huge. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dezhou

We changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

The hotel's hardware facilities are very good and suitable for taking photos. However, the quality of the hotel staff is average. There is no concierge when you arrive at the store. The porter does not help to carry the luggage and just watches from the side. I asked the same porter twice before giving the hotel luggage cart, and I had to push it into the hotel by myself. I asked the front desk if I could send the luggage to the room, and the answer was that I had to push the hotel luggage cart upstairs by myself, and the front desk was far from the room. Not very suitable for bringing children or business reception.
