設施太陳舊、百葉窗還關閉不了、馬路邊太吵，衞生堪憂，不舒服，需要重新裝修一下了，這環境住起來一點也不舒服，

酒店在鳳山公園旁邊，離西歐商業步行街大概500m，買瑞幸咖啡很方便。酒店的環境還不錯，服務態度好，提供免費早餐，早餐的品類很豐富。酒店衞生很棒。
