Our trip to the Grandvrio was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted with warmth and a welcome drink. The service from every level of staff member was friendly and genuinely kind. We stayed at one of the villas with a private pool, which was amazing to have. We were provided with complimentary snacks every evening, the breakfast options were also great. While the location may be a little far away from the city center, free shuttles were provided to DaNang and Hoi An. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a range of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a light, healthy start to your day, the Grandvrio Ocean Resort has you covered. Overall, my stay at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort was nothing short of excellent. Service is of very high quality. Staff always wear a smile and proactively support guests on their needs.

The manager, Toyo-san, was very helpful. My esim wasn't working properly, so a female staff member who could speak and read Japanese kindly helped me out. She also said I could use the large public bath after checking out, which was very helpful as I was drenched in sweat after the Gogyo Mountain hike. I'd like to stay here again if I come to Da Nang.

I stayed here with my father, who has become obsessed with traveling abroad after turning 60! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Japanese manager was very attentive to my needs. I felt very safe traveling with my father, who is not yet used to traveling abroad and does not speak English. I had been feeling unwell since the day before we checked in, probably because of food poisoning, and when I was still in bed after checking in, the Japanese manager immediately called a nurse and gave me medicine. I was surprised and moved by the warmth of everyone, as I never expected that they would do something like that. I got better pretty quickly after that, and was able to enjoy my stay and sightseeing, which I am very grateful for. As for meals, we not only had the breakfast buffet, but also ate at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel for two consecutive nights. On the first day, I had been feeling unwell, so I ordered chawanmushi (the only thing I could eat, but it was very delicious and soothing) and a fruit platter, which I could order separately. On the second day, I ordered a soba noodle set. It was the sixth day of my trip to Vietnam and I was starting to miss the taste of Japan, so it was absolutely delicious! It was also great that there was a large public bath like the ones in Japan. Spas are cheap in Vietnam so I could go every day, but as a Japanese person, I was grateful to be able to warm up in a hot bath. The rooms, lobby, and other places were well-cleaned and clean, and I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay, but I think that the manager and staff who were especially kind to me will remain in my memories of this trip as a parent and child. Thank you for a wonderful experience. (My father was also very grateful to the staff who accompanied him to a local shop to buy cigarettes and helped him when he forgot his wallet.)

No complaints! Everything was great! Especially the breakfast! There was a wide variety and I ate my fill every morning⭐️You can ride a chic roe inside the hotel, and you can rent an ao dai for free and wear it outside, so you can feel like you're in Vietnam right inside the hotel⭐️It was also nice that there was a large public bath! I'd like to stay here again when I come to Da Nang!

Stayed in Danang for 4 nights, and this hotel was the highlight and surprise of the trip! The Japanese manager was always in the lobby from 6am to 10pm to welcome guests and provide all kinds of help! The other staff were all diligent, warm and friendly! The food in the hotel was also very satisfying! In addition to the Asian restaurant, there are also Western and Japanese restaurants! The Japanese restaurant is run by a Japanese chef, and the food quality is first-class! And the price of the meal is reasonable! All in all, our family had a great vacation! If we come to Danang next time, we will definitely come again!

It's the best place for a relaxing trip. It's a quiet beach with lots of palm trees, it's close to Hoi An and the city and there's a free shuttle bus, and when you come back tired you can take a bath in the big bath. I also used the free rental of ao dai. And above all, the hospitality of the staff is amazing! They were quick to respond to all kinds of requests. I'd like to come back when the weather is nice.

The hotel is small and is not located in Da Nang, but in Quang Nam Province. The room furnishings are average. If you have higher requirements for quality, you need to seriously consider this hotel. The service is really good. Everyone is polite and enthusiastic. There are three breakfasts to choose from, among which the Japanese food looks quite innovative, and the free afternoon tea is worth experiencing. The hotel is mainly villas, and the overall feeling is acceptable.
