The hotel is very clean and hygienic, but small, which is a common problem in Europe. But the stay was very comfortable and cozy. "The room looks like the other b&b. It's small but the decoration is nice. The bathroom is starting to age (small traces of mold on the ceiling) and the shower curtain doesn't go low enough....water gets everywhere. Well, we know in advance that it's a basic hotel for one night...so we understand even more that the breakfast is OK. The big problem was the operation of the other room dispenser since the reception was closed (we had already booked in advance). There was a big bug...it didn't work. There were several families of us trying to get our room...impossible...and no answer on the intercom for assistance. Occasionally, the computer would finalize successfully. I got my room in 50 minutes (charged twice!)...some people in 1h30. We were all very tired because it was after midnight. The next day, the lady at reception (very nice) told us about a national bug due to new software and she reimbursed us for the undue portion. Not sure if we'll repeat the experience...perhaps we'll choose a hotel with 24/7 reception"

There are some minor issues with the bed; we were unable to find a room with two separate rooms, and the large bed is not very conveniently located in the rooms on the 5th floor. "The hotel is located in the old town of Dijon, very close to Galeries Lafayette. The rooms are relatively small, but the bathrooms are large. The hotel restaurant is Michelin 2-star, with a small dozen tables. It is a pity that I didn't make a reservation in advance and missed it. However, there are many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk around. The special snails and red wine beef cheek are worth trying, and the mustard roasted chicken is especially recommended."

"I paid in full when booking, and the amenities listed included blackout curtains for the windows. Upon arrival, the front desk assigned me a loft room with no curtains, including one for the bathroom window. They told me there were no other rooms available. 😅 It was dawn that morning, and I was forced to wake up. If the room details don't match the website, don't write that. The front desk service was terrible and indifferent. Who knows if it was ******? Asian women alone outside are prone to feeling hostile."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, but the route is easy and hassle-free. The main shopping area is also about 10 minutes away. The hotel is small and doesn't have an elevator, so if you have large suitcases, it's best to request a ground-floor room. They kindly lent me a power adapter. It's incredibly cheap for Paris."

"We chose this hotel due to location, as it is very close to old town and the city centre. We found parking on the street but there is a public car park 2min away. The hotel has its own charm and the receptionist was very pleasant and informative. We had family room and we are allocated the one in the 2nd floor, so we had views towards old town. The room (no 23) was spacious and enough for a family of 4. The linen was fresh and clean, just the bathroom could do with better cleaning and hence my 4* rating. Towels were clean but some of them looking yellowish from usage. They do provide toiletries as well. No lights in the ceiling so it was a little dark in the room."
