Some delay in checking in but Romain at the front desk was extremely helpful.

ЛЛарисаHotel pluses: Best location, there is elevator, normal noise insulation of rooms, in the room a two-story bed for children, nice staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant for breakfast , friendly and professional.
The main disadvantage is cleaning! The floors in the room have not been washed since the opening of the hotel, probably! Dust on all surfaces, plumbing is dirty.
The room is small, there is no cupboard, there is no safe. There is a drinking water cooler and tea suite on the first floor.
Breakfasts: cheese, ham, powder omlet, sometimes becon, bake, bake, pancakes, fruit, coffee natural from the car, tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you are used to hot dishes and vegetables, it's not here.
In general, the hotel is not bad, for Europe even very not bad.

XXenTravellerOur big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable.
Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel.
Staff were all very helpful and pleasant though, makes us feel welcomed.
Simple amenities. A one night stay is the maximum.

We had contacted the hotel before we went to get information.
The room was clean, just the smell of the draps was a little unpleasant because very strong at the beginning not related to the dirt but probably to the smell of the pro products used for the cleaning of bed linen.
The room was a little small but the bed was big enough.
The very small and small bathroom is preferable to have its own soap.
The hotel was quiet, but the morning we heard very clearly the grinding of the door of another room opened and closed.
For 1 night or 2, this hotel seems to be a good option but difficult for a long stay.
The free parking is a real more !

VVikaViktoriiaExcellent cozy hotel, clean, conveniently located - literally 5 minutes to the railway and bus station, to the center - 10 minutes walk.
My room was single, everything is clean everywhere, cleaning is daily, gel / shampoo / little replenished. The room is spacious, several light sources, there is a bedside table, there is a table for work, a large window, but at the same time the room is very warm, it was really nice and cozy to be.
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff - both the reception staff and other staff always helped with everything.
