The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially a few young ladies who thoughtfully helped us arrange a car to the Base Camp. They also reminded us to bring our border pass, ID, and cash for the sightseeing bus tickets, as there's no cell service up on the mountain. After we returned, the yak hotpot we had at the hotel was incredibly generous – more than enough for three people. One of the gentlemen even offered to take us to see the sunset over Mount Everest. The breakfast flatbreads were soft and fluffy, and we finished them all. Before we left, they even gave us complimentary bottled water. This stay truly offered excellent value for money.

The room was clean and the service was very friendly. Dinner included a choice of hot pot and four dishes and a soup, and there were enthusiastic ******* girls dancing and singing. Breakfast was free and included eggs, small steamed buns, mung bean porridge, stir-fried vegetables, and small pickled vegetables.
