As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its unique ******* style appearance, full of ******* style elements, and perfectly integrated with the surrounding plateau beauty, which immediately brought me into the mysterious ******* atmosphere. When checking in, the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the front desk staff made me feel warm and took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. Not only did they quickly complete the formalities, but they also patiently introduced me to the various facilities of the hotel and the surrounding fun places, and also sent me glucose intimately, which is really practical on the plateau! The room made me shine, and the combination of ******* and intelligent design is amazing. The smart toilet is super convenient to use, and the oxygen facilities in the room are also very effective, allowing me to rest very peacefully in high altitude areas. The bed is soft and comfortable, the linens are clean and tidy, and every detail reveals quality. The viewing window of the room has an excellent view. The snow-capped mountains and blue sky and white clouds outside the window are like a beautiful picture scroll. Sitting in front of the window, you can see the magnificent scenery of the plateau. The laundry room on the first floor of the hotel also brought great convenience to my journey. The independent dryer can quickly dry clothes, so that I can wear clean and comfortable clothes at any time to continue the journey. If you want to taste delicious food, the hotel provides a rich variety of buffet breakfast. In addition, the hotel helps to book an environmentally friendly car to the base camp and pick up directly at the door. This is really worry-free for tourists, and there is no need to worry about transportation problems. This stay at Yunzuo Starlight Hotel Everest Branch is really great. Whether it is service, facilities or environment, it is impeccable. Next time I come to Mount Everest, I will definitely choose here again!"

"Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!"

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are also new. There is a wireless charger at the head of the bed. The waiters are very cute and helped us check in. The rice noodles for breakfast are good~"

The owner is incredibly nice; they called us in advance and reserved the room with the best view of Mount Everest, which you can see directly from the room – an absolutely stunning view. The restaurant offers hotpot for 88 yuan per person, and the view there is also fantastic. While the price is a bit high, it's worth it given the location. Highly recommended."

"They say they provide oxygen, but the oxygen doesn't even work when you turn off the lights. Terrible! The room cleanliness and ambiance are average. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is served very late, after 7:40 AM, and is also quite poor: just porridge, eggs, and pickled mustard greens. The only good thing is that there's a shuttle bus to Mount Everest."
