Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation. Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!"

The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp.
