3-Star Hotels in Tingri

Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking. 非常喜欢民宿和房间的整体氛围（后来我升级到了山景房，太棒了）。房墙里还有一些隔音装置，加上这边都是山包围着的；很感谢能让我在海拔高的地方睡得这么好（比两天前在拉萨时好多了）。睡得好，自然进入很好的状态，上山徒步起来很舒服。 Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here. 明年我再来喜马拉雅山，我知道有一个很舒服的地方等我来住哈（下次会和新加坡朋友一起来 :)) ）谢谢多吉先生搭建了这个好的地方在这个山脉中。每晚还组织（无费用的）观星活动。这是我一生第一次见过如此的夜空。真的十分感谢。 p.s. Mr Doje is also super welcoming and helped me sorted out many stuff (like contacting ppl to find my traveling pillow & headset that I lost while moving around). Super amazing guy. p.s. 多吉先生也非常热情，帮我解决了很多事情（打了很多电话帮找我在旅途中丢失了的枕头和耳机）。Super amazing guy.

I had to change my plans last minute and booked this hotel. I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to give this place a thumbs up! The facilities and decor are similar to a hotel like Atour, very clean. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She took us to our room, turned on the oxygen supply, booked the eco-friendly shuttle for us, and even walked us to it. You can also borrow windproof jackets for Mount Everest here, and she gave us excellent recommendations for local food. When we got back from Everest in the evening, she even came to our room to make sure the oxygen was working properly – definitely a big thumbs up! The breakfast was simple, just buns, steamed bread, and congee, which is actually perfect for those experiencing altitude sickness.
