The environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

The overall check-in experience is particularly good, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in efficiency is very high, ask for directions, store luggage and help patiently. The room was cleaned clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The public area is clean and tidy, with complete supporting facilities. The staff is gentle, the price is very good, the travel is very suitable, the next time you come to the local will choose this, really recommend.

The location is in the small town of Everest. The overall feeling is a good hotel in the town. It is about two minutes drive from the transfer center. You can park at the entrance of the self-driving hotel and within 100 meters. The snack street behind the hotel is very convenient (PS: that Lanzhou ramen is delicious) The interior is very clean. The facilities are very new and attentive, there are flashlights and the like, the oxygen generator is super good at the bedside, and the bathroom water is very hot. Although it is far from Everest, the atmosphere of Everest Town is full. Maybe it will be different next time you come to the town. 房間設施非常好，新開的所以很乾凈。可以説是入藏以來住得最好性價比最高的一家酒店了，老闆很熱情，因為沒有電梯，老闆主動幫忙提了行李箱，還免費贈送了一杯茶，甚至加濕器和製氧機都幫我打開了，真的太感謝啦。老闆還説第二天退房的時候也打電話給他，他來幫忙提行李，反正住得特別舒服，推薦～

Right at Everest Base Camp, this is the only hotel with oxygen supply, heating, and an indoor restroom in the rooms. Definitely worth staying here. The owner is incredibly nice; they called us in advance and reserved the room with the best view of Mount Everest, which you can see directly from the room – an absolutely stunning view. The restaurant offers hotpot for 88 yuan per person, and the view there is also fantastic. While the price is a bit high, it's worth it given the location. Highly recommended.

説實話這個價位，也還將就，但是不要太多期待，最不滿意的是那個氧氣供養不足，半夜不知道什麼時候停了，本來海拔就高，我們兩個人晚上都沒睡好。

We came from the gate of Everest and it took about 1 hour to drive. The 219 on the road are all road repairs, and the road is all upside down, and the gray is particularly big. Then there is a town around the hotel. The main road in the town is still 219. The road is still being built, so it is all windy and gray. It is very convenient to go to Everest Castle and Guandi Temple around. The hotel does not provide breakfast, so you have to go to the place next to it. There is a Sichuan restaurant nearby and a Lanzhou ramen restaurant. Although breakfast said that there was a breakfast shop at an intersection, we felt quite far away, and it was very cold in the morning, so we simply had instant noodles in the room. The room facilities are just like that. In fact, the price of the room is not cheap, more than 500, but there are probably no good facilities on Everest. The bed is OK, the socket seems to be particularly small. The countertop of the wash cabinet in the bathroom is very small and can't put anything. The cabinet is a bit shabby. When booking the room, it was written that there was floor heating, but it was actually not open in summer. Later, we felt very cold at night, and the staff sent us an electric hair dryer, but it was a bit stuffy. Overall, I didn't sleep well. The toilet in the room was blocked a few times, but fortunately the staff came over and gave it to it. Overall, the price is average, but it may be difficult to find a good hotel near Everest. Overall, we are still satisfied. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful, I think this is still very good. The corridor is noisy, maybe the door is not very soundproof. There are some tourists staying at night and will noisy us to rest.

不滿意，體驗不好，不能説酒店設施有什麼大問題，作為歇腳點設施還是可以的，但是酒店新裝修的，甲醛味道實在是太大了，一進門就能聞到的程度就已經對人體有很大傷害了，剛裝修的材料很多都沒拆，特別大味道，很刺鼻。材料也不環保這個時候肯定不能開門營業的，很不滿意，睡覺頭疼眼睛難受乾燥，一個勁咳嗽，還沒有紗網沒法通風。一夜沒睡好。, 床單被罩一掀開有異物，頭髮灰塵都有，這條線路衞生程度也不多説了，建議大家都要自己帶床單，不過確實是比較差的一家…, 供氧氣設備經常斷掉，氣流很小很小。大家再考慮一下吧，建議商家整改再營業。, 早餐很一般，吃到了異物廚房那邊的工作人員沒反應不理人。不過前台女老闆還是不錯的。看在這個份上給四星好評。

The lady at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic. Parking is safe and the hotel's backyard is clean and flat. The room facilities are a bit old, but in a high-altitude area, the price and service during the National Day are quite satisfactory. I even think the service is better than Lhasa. The room was also very big, and I didn't dare to take a shower because I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I couldn't comment on the bathroom.
