GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel's front desk staff were incredibly helpful. When our car had a flat tire, they changed it for us, getting themselves all dirty in the process. Then, they were the ones who cooked our food, and it was absolutely delicious, with flavors perfect for northern tastes. They even carried our luggage for us, saying, ”Our job is to provide excellent service to our guests!” Having such responsible employees is a blessing for any business owner!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at the entrance of Everest Town, directly opposite the famous Pingcuo Kangsang. The latter is too famous and expensive. According to the evaluation, the Poxin oxygen-rich hotel was selected. At about 6:30 pm when I arrived at the hotel, my husband took the baby to the Everest Base Camp at 7 o'clock, and I checked in alone. The boss was very enthusiastic, afraid that I could not find the way, and came to the intersection to pick me up. The hotel has a total of 19 rooms, the first floor is the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, public restroom, and all the rooms above the second floor. The Everest town is very high in altitude. The hotel has an elevator for easy luggage. There is oxygen supply equipment in the room, the bed is very comfortable, the sheets are very clean, the smart toilet, shower, fog removal mirror, hair dryer in the bathroom are all available. The materials here are all shipped from the outside, so eating in the town is not cheap. Compared with the consumption level in the town, the room rate of this hotel is quite affordable. Breakfast is prepared in advance, with white rice porridge, mustard, steamed buns, cakes are delicious, soft, and have a faint sweet taste. The day I left, I caught up with the snow on Everest early in the morning. The waiter helped us carry the luggage into the car. The main guest cherished farewell. If there is a next time, we will stay here again.

SShirley_jiangFacilities: The newly opened hotel has facilities that are not inferior to those of three-star hotels in the city, including electric toilets, electric curtains and sensor mirror lights. The room is equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, and the water cup is a disposable aviation cup, so there is no need to worry about the hygiene of the water cup. The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm.
Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. You don’t need to park on the roadside like other hotels. The shuttle bus passes by the door and you can take the bus directly.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the room, which had oxygen, floor heating, and a bathroom heater. It was much better than a tent. I didn't have to leave the bathroom in the middle of the night; it was right in the room.
In the evening, you can enjoy a small hot pot buffet for 88 yuan per person, featuring yak, chicken, spare ribs, shrimp, and various vegetables and mushrooms.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying experience of this stay is the hygiene of the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, without any debris accumulation, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, white as new, and I don't want to leave after sleeping. The cleaning details of the bathroom are full, the glass partition has no watermark, there are ”sterilized” stickers on the toilet seat, and the faucet of the sink is shining. Even the small ornaments and remote control in the room were wiped clean. The hotel's sanitary standards are so high, the service is warm and thoughtful, I really recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserIn Taxi Zongxiang, Everest Town, a hotel with such conditions is really satisfying. The floor heating is super powerful, and the diffuse oxygen is very good. The room is large, the health is OK, and the service is warm. Help with luggage, church to open oxygen, help contact the sightseeing car seat, and personally lead us to the nearest bus stop, watching us get on the bus. At the time of separation, we also sent Hada warmly and sent blessings.

GGuest UserLet's talk about the accommodation first. Although there wasn't a private bathroom, I still found it quite comfortable. Figure 1 shows a rough overview of the camp. Our tent had six double beds, Figure 2 showed the communal dining table inside the tent, and Figure 3 showed the room (which only had a bed and two nightstands). The tent had a sink with a water heater next to it (Figure 6), as well as a basin and disposable basin cover (Figure 5), making washing quite convenient. The bathroom was portable and a little further from our tent, about a minute's walk. We couldn't find a shower, but at 5,000 meters above sea level, it's best not to shower. 😅
As for the value for money, we checked in around 3:00 PM and left at 12:00 the next day. We didn't have to worry about the bus's arrival time back in town. If the weather was good, we could easily watch the sunrise and sunset from Mount Everest. We didn't have to pay for two bus rides, which was equivalent to saving one. Minus the room rate, I think it was a good value.
