We arrived in Melbourne from Sydney at 8pm on Monday 10th, with the intention of staying at an apartment we booked. We got to the apartment and it was shocking. We couldn’t stay at this particular apartment as it was not to our satisfaction and was not safe as we had 4 children with us. We looked to find alternate apartments and we came across Nesuto Hotel. The time now was 10pm. We gave them a call and asked if we could have a look at the apartment before making a decision as we wanted to make sure it was safe for our children. The manager Krisha agreed for us to have a look. We were impressed and booked 2 hotel rooms. Krisha and her staff were amazing and very caring. She saw how stressed out we were and wanted us to be happy. The next day Krisha called my room to see if I was ok as she saw how upset and stressed I was. All I could say is that this has been the best hotels we have been to. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and it was close to public transport. But best of all was that the staff were very caring and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good experience, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is pretty new, located in Dockland ( last stop of the free tram zone), only take 20 minutes to city by free tram, great saving of transportation. We got 2 Queen bed room for 3 peoples, free water, free coffee. Also had swimming pool and gym located in level 6 Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd

The entrance of the hotel is actually on the side of the road, sharing the same door with a restaurant. As a result, we didn't realize that we had made a big circle. The front desk service was very good and they even helped print some materials for free. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you can go to the seaside pier. It's nice to go for a run and look at the sea.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter for a quick weekend trip to see Harry Styles concert. Excellent location if you are going to a concert or any event in Marvel Stadium. It took us less than 5 minutes to walk back to the apartment after the concert. It is also less than 15 mins walking distance from the District Dockland (shopping centre and restaurants). Convenient store nearby as well within 5 minutes of walking distance. The apartment is fairly basic. It is neat and clean. The bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning so we have to rely on the air conditioner in the living room. The days we stayed were fairly cool but I still felt a bit too warm in the bedroom despite I have been running the air conditioner the whole day and throughout the night. The bathroom is very small and you won’t find much space to put your things / clean clothes / toiletries etc. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping service to vacuum the room / change the towels etc. The bed / pillows are not too comfortable. Staffs we met during check in were friendly and helpful. The reception only operate during certain hours so we have to leave our keys in a box at the end of our stay when leaving the apartment. The room we stayed looked across the waterfront so the view is nice. It didn’t cost us too much for 2 nights so it is great value.

Treasure Hotel~ I stayed in Melbourne for several days. After staying in a modern hotel for a few days, I wanted to experience the flavor of an old hotel with a sense of history. I originally wanted to book a Windsor hotel, but found that it was not convenient because it was east of the CBD. City Walk accidentally discovered this old Victorian building opposite the Southern Cross Railway Station. I placed an order in advance. I passed by the lobby the first night and asked the administrator if I could store my luggage in advance and then check in that night. The answer was no problem. , and also asked carefully about the specific requirements. It was past nine o'clock when we returned from the Great Ocean Road that day. I received a warm reception. After checking in, I wanted to pick up my luggage, only to find that help had already been sent to the room in advance. The extra bed had been laid, and there were handwritten welcome cards and candies on the table. . The house itself is an old-fashioned apartment that is rented on a long-term basis. Each floor is an L-shaped corridor, with a total floor height of six floors. The room we booked was a loft-style suite with a kitchenette and living room. The overall facility decoration is relatively old, but very clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and small library on the ground floor. I personally feel that the price is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It is suitable for those who want to experience the old-fashioned style and do not have particularly high requirements for accommodation conditions.

We spent four nights at the residences over new years in a one-bedroom apartment with water view. Overall, our stay was mixed, there are some great things about the hotel and some items which were quite poor. So good stuff first, location is great, quiet end of Melbourne, with tram stop in the free tram zone outside the door. Easy access to a supermarket (5 or so mins walk) and several restaurants close by (hotel has no restaurant). The residences are in several residential buildings (not in the main building), and the view is outstanding especially on New Year's Eve. Balcony was excellent. But... there are some negatives which can be easily remedied. We arrived at the hotel and were told the room was not ready, would be 30 mins, not an issue as we wanted to get a late lunch, returned 90 mins later and still not ready, ”we are short staffed and fully booked so there is a delay” so again left and retuned 30 mins later, and checked in which was cumbersome. As a guest this is not my problem, don't sell the room if you can't service (also heard this excuse given to another guest when checking out four days later) My Accor Diamond status was not recognized. Apartment furniture was cheap, stained and in some cases broken. Blind in the lounge was filthy and broken. Wooden floors in the apartment were scratched with black marks and dirty. Missing detergent and tea towel to wash up and only one bin bag (??) Blind in bedroom let in a lot of light. Breakfast included which is served at a local cafe, so bad that we bought breakfast from the supermarket after the first morning. With a few fixes and some attention to detail in cleaning, this could have been a great stay!
