There is no service at the front desk, the smile is lacking and the words are sarcastic. The KTV on the 3rd floor and the 5th floor were noisy until three or four in the morning, so I couldn't sleep at all. There is no soundproofing at all. Very bad experience.

Booked three rooms for New Year’s family reunion. Two of the room adjoining, third room across the hall from the two adjoining rooms. Hotel centrally located in the town center, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Chinese cuisine.

And very helpful when approached… The staff at the breakfast area are very patient and helpful… although they don’t know English but they were extremely polite as I was a bit upset initially. But they ensure that I got the breakfast of my choice.
