I found this hotel in Dongguan through an internet search. Although there weren’t many reviews, which made me a bit concerned, my worries disappeared the moment I checked in. From the first impression to my two-day stay, it exceeded even five-star hotels. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and the service exceptionally fast. Everything was absolutely perfect. If I visit Dongguan again, I will 100% stay here. I sincerely want to express my gratitude to the staff for their excellent service.

When we checked in, the front desk told us the basic facilities in detail; when they saw us during our stay, they would chat with us casually; There are many carefully designed Christmas decorations and furnishings throughout the hotel, and the staff also actively offered to take photos for our family. The hotel manager also gave us souvenirs, both adults and children, which was so touching. It's corny, but honestly, every staff member really made us feel like we were home. Rooms: The room type we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The extra large double bed is enough for my three children to sleep together, and the other room is just for my husband and me. The closets and drawers in the room are filled with unused supplies, bathrobes, slippers, irons and other appliances. Even environmentally friendly bags are ready for guests to pick up. The most surprising thing is that there are enough charging cables for borrowing, which is a way to keep pace with the times. Heartwarming. There are also washers and dryers, refrigerators and freezers in the rooms, as well as kitchenware and tableware. It’s really super convenient! What makes children happiest is the small slide in the living room. The only nitpick is that it would be perfect if the shower was replaced with a bathtub. ah! By the way, another thing is that I found that there is a small ice bucket for storing ice cubes in the kitchen, but there is no mold for making ice in the refrigerator. If you can drink a glass of Coke with ice when you return to the hotel in the summer, your life will be worth it. (Exaggerated😆) breakfast: Just give your room card to the waiter to swipe it and you can have breakfast. The buffet breakfast is until 10 o'clock in the morning. For us who can't get up early, the time is a bit tight. It will be more enjoyable if it takes more than half an hour. But this is also a nitpicking opinion. After all, the breakfast is so rich that I don’t know which one to eat first. Not to mention Chinese and Western styles, they even have Hong Kong-style instant noodles. For us from Hong Kong, eating a bowl of delicious Demae Itcho in the morning is the soul. In addition, the coffee is also very good, I drink two cups every day. Hotel facilities: After breakfast every day, the children can't wait to go to the playroom to play for a while. Although the space is not large, there is a toy kitchen but no "materials" for cooking, but it is good to have a "wave pool" and a slide. We didn't see anyone in the craft class next to us during the two days we stayed, so we felt that the large space was a bit wasted. If it can be replaced with the original playroom, the children may have more fun. Around the hotel: There is a 24-hour 7-11 downstairs of the hotel, which is perfect for us when we want to buy snacks and drinks in the middle of the night. There are several large shopping malls nearby, including Wanda Plaza, which is enough for our family to spend a whole day. Overall, our family really likes Shanzhiye Service Apartment Hotel. The service is very good, all places are clean, and there are many thoughtful things, such as: there are free bottled water for drinking on the floors and game rooms, there is a spotlight with special effects in the room, and the front desk knows that we have three children, so we can register After checking in, a set of children's supplies were delivered immediately.
