Really love the hotel’s location with lots of restaurants around. The 天猫精灵is interesting and we had fun using it. However the rooms smelled a little mouldy though. But we’ll definitely stay here if we come back.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers going to the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. It’s just 2 stations away and about 600+ meters by foot from the subway station. The location is quite nice, there’s a big mall right at the subway station and many shops nearby. If you also take a taxi it’s just around 19-20rmb per trip to the convention center. When it comes to the room, it’s pretty decent. I chose the cinema room and enjoyed all the free vip movies! I will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location, easy to go around for food and shopping. The staff are friendly. However, the rooms could be cleaner. It’s quite noisy at night because it’s by the side of street.

Staffs are very friendly. New and nice hotel. Should have some hangers in the bathroom then it would be perfect.

The location is great for local restaurants and night snacks, easy walking to many restaurants on the same street. I booked the room for the projector screen and VIP account for c-drama watching.

Very clean hotel, i am pregnant and always struggle looking for a hotel room in china that don’t smell like cigarettes, but this one is an exception👍🏻 definitely coming back when i am visiting Shenzhen. Very comfortable and homey, all electrical component is smart technology⭐️💗

Having a wonderful time staying here. The room is so confortable, the hotel aisle doesn’t have cigarette smell. The technology are using smart technology. Room are spacious and homey.
