Everything was fine but the ventilation for smoke is not very good so we had to tolerate the cigarette smells from other rooms however the staffs are friendly. They gave us some water for us to bring away when we checked out: location is quite near the theme parks if traveling via didi cars.

Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

2 Adult Hengdian Film and Television City Free Pass (Re-entry): I couldn't decide on the itinerary, so I bought the hotel pass. When I checked in, I was asked to add the housekeeper's WeChat. If I want to enter the park again, I just need to tell the housekeeper.
Although Guomao is an old hotel, it has a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Haowang Night Market, and you can experience the shops on the road. It takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to major attractions, which is also very convenient.
I made a special note because I wanted to see Bamianshan, and it was successfully achieved.
The room is OK in all aspects, and there is also a robot delivery service, but the breakfast is so-so, and it doesn't feel delicious.

I took my kids to play during the May Day holiday. The hotel is in a good location, close to the core attractions and food street of Hengdian Film and Television City. The room was clean and quiet, which made us sleep well for two nights after being tired from traveling. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very rich and tasted good. The children were given souvenirs when they stayed at the hotel during the May Day holiday. The price increase during the holidays was reasonable, unlike some hotels where the price has more than tripled. Overall, it is very cost-effective!
