There is no lift so it is very bad for big family with kids and my old father who have to climb the stairs. I requested for side by side room ended up it’s ONE END TO ANOTHER. The cleanliness of room is good. However the aircon is not as high. But overall, it’s good to access the park and stay there to have fun."

"I usually don't want to write reviews, but if I don't write one today, I would be really sorry for the service provided by your hotel! The breakfast buffet is of extremely high quality and ranks first among the hundreds of four-star or above hotels I have stayed in. The beef ribs and Cantonese morning tea are especially delicious. The hot water in the room reaches 57 degrees in just a few seconds, which is very heartwarming in winter. The temperature of the air conditioner is adjusted accurately, and the air output is almost silent, which is surprising. I checked out this morning and dragged my luggage up the stairs to the bottom floor. Before I even got out of the elevator door, the young lady came up to me and told me to give her the room card and I could leave. This was the first time I had such a quick check-out! Next time you come to Dongyang, you must stay a few more days."

"Booked two rooms. The front desk staff thoughtfully placed us in connecting rooms and even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. At breakfast, the omelet chef made a smiley face on my kid's egg, which absolutely delighted them. In the evening, my child was fussy and crying, and a guest next door complained. The front desk attendant came over and spent ten minutes helping to soothe the baby. So considerate!"

"I booked the room the day before, and they called me before 6 PM that day to confirm. They said the room was reserved for me, but when we arrived at the hotel, they assigned us three rooms on different floors. That wasn't the worst part; the worst part was that they assigned us to a corner loft on the top floor – it was cramped and felt oppressive. When I asked to change rooms, they said there were no rooms available. When I got to rooms 702 and 703, there was a strong smell of urine – it was disgusting. Later, I found the manager, who reluctantly said there was only one room left and moved me from 702 to 412. But 412 still smelled the same as 703, only slightly better – still stinky. In the morning, I asked my husband, who stayed in room 407, and his room also smelled of urine. I want to say, the front desk staff and management, you should really try to be more mindful of your hotel's cleanliness. We're paying to travel, and while spending money is one thing, at least keep the place clean! Don't you mop the floors? Aren't you chain hotels afraid of being vandalized and photographed?"

Breakfast is also on the 7th floor and the breakfast is average. There is a gym and laundry room on the 8th floor. The room is quite spacious and the window can be opened a little. There is nothing in the refrigerator in the room. Only two bottles of water and one roll of toilet paper are given. It feels like the room service is very stingy."

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back next time!"

"I loved this hotel, it's so cool. I came in a quiet period so they upgraded me to a huge room. The hotel is literally part of the Hong Kong Street Guangzhou Street set so you check in at the visitor centre. I didn't manage to get WeChat working before travelling to China, but it would have been good to have, in order to communicate with the hotel staff. I didn't have any issues so was ok without it. The room was lovely and clean, very cool design and had a great view towards the Ming and Qing Palaces. In case anyone is travelling from Yiwu, there is a metro line that goes all the way to Ming and Qing Palaces and then you can get a Didi from there to the Hong Kong Street Visitor Centre. The breakfast buffet was great as there were so many options. I am vegan so was able to have steamed and fried veggie dishes and there are lots of salad options as well. Being so close to the set means you can see it at different times of the day, especially at night with all the lights on."

"My friend and I chose this hotel because the price seemed cheap, and we were surprised by how good the value was. For just over 100 yuan, they even provided disposable bath towels and hand towels, which was very hygienic and safe. It's also very convenient to buy food nearby. For university students visiting the city, this hotel is very convenient for getting around; taxis and cars are both easy to find, and parking is free. It's located in the city center, and there are many good restaurants downstairs. The Century Lianhua supermarket across the street has a great breakfast option. There's also a free billiards room downstairs, and a gym with free, disinfected equipment and mirrors for workouts. I highly recommend this hotel; it's great value, has excellent service, and is exceptionally clean."
