"The location is excellent, right across from Qin Palace. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was some noise during the day. The cleanliness was just okay, and breakfast options were limited. Not many guests were staying, but for around 200 yuan for a chain hotel, it's good value for money. Although there were few staff members, they were diligent. When my child threw up in the middle of the night, someone came to clean it up right away after I called. You get what you pay for, and for a hotel near a scenic spot at this price, it's acceptable."

There are plenty of outdoor playground facilities for children, a children's castle inside the hot spring valley, and kiln-baked bread and coffee. Parking is limited, but you can drive further in to park on the roadside, or take a shuttle bus or walk (it's very close). Breakfast consists of freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and wontons; most other basic items are also available. However, the restaurant seating is limited, so you may have to wait when it's crowded."

"The hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely amazing! It's just about a 5-minute walk to Dream Valley, and right across the street from the Qingming Shanghe Tu scenic area. You know that feeling of bliss when you can head straight back to the hotel to rest after watching the evening parade? Pure happiness! The hotel environment is great too; the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast quality is also excellent. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel even sent well wishes, which made us all feel incredibly happy. There's a dedicated drying area for laundry, which is very convenient, though the hotel has a bit of a shortage of washing machines. It would be even better if they could add a few more. My child was very happy with this stay and said they want to come back next time."

The moment we opened the door, we stepped right into the fairytale world of Doraemon! It was such a delightful surprise, with soft, cute blue and white Doraemon elements everywhere. My child ran straight into the Doraemon-themed little nook as soon as we entered. The space was bright and spacious, not cramped at all, and every detail showed thoughtfulness. P.S. They also provide late-night snacks (noodles, wontons, dumplings, and white fungus soup), and there are charging stations in the parking lot behind the hotel!"
