Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Just a few minor issues: the hairdryer was quite heavy and the plug would sometimes come loose. The towel ring needs to be secured better. Memory foam pillows would be a more comfortable option. The activities were a bit repetitive; we only saw a clown handing out balloons every morning. For the buffet breakfast, I'd recommend avoiding the connected dining chairs, especially if you have kids, as the tables and chairs are too far apart, making it inconvenient to eat. Their back balcony offers a panoramic view of Dream Bund, perfect for photos. The hallway also makes for great photo ops with its strong Republic of China-era vibe. I'd also suggest booking your tickets with the hotel as you can then use them multiple times at each attraction.

Our trip to Hengdian was made perfect by our stay at the International Trade Hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Hengdian town, making it convenient for getting around and very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk and housekeeping staff were genuinely helpful and attentive. We returned to our room to find a soap dish had been provided, and hangers were placed to help us dry our clothes – thoughtful details were everywhere. The room itself was clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. This established star-rated hotel offers consistent and reliable quality. This stay made our trip even more pleasant, and we'll definitely choose the International Trade Hotel again when we return to Hengdian.

It's close to all the scenic spots, and the return trip to Hangzhou via the highway was incredibly smooth, making travel with a baby completely stress-free. Key Point! Luxury Family Room - Real Stay Experience 40+ square meters of super-spaciousness, genuinely airy and open, not a cramped little room. The layout is absolutely brilliant: ✅ Separate living room/tea break area + exclusive children's play area + twin bed sleeping area. Adults can relax with tea while the child plays freely, keeping activities completely separate and undisturbed! On a side note, I hope all pillows can be replaced with latex pillows. The room type features a king-size bed + a separate child's bed. A family of three can stay comfortably without feeling cramped, and there's a great sense of security for sleeping with a baby. The floor-to-ceiling window view is absolutely stunning! Opening the window reveals lush green mountains and the National Defense Park, with an open view that's incredibly healing to live in. 💛 The service is incredibly human-centric, not factory-line. I love hotels with this kind of gentle, genuine service! Upon arrival, there's complimentary lemonade to quench your thirst. The soundproofing throughout is excellent! Our baby is a light sleeper, but there was almost no noise at night, so he slept soundly until morning. ✨ 🍽️ Convenient Dining, No Need to Run Around It has its own private restaurant with a mild flavor suitable for children. The breakfast is homely and plentiful, appealing to both the elderly and children. Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

I chose to stay at this hotel because I wanted to be very close to the Hengdian World Studios. If you have the same goal I highly recommend to stay at Cheerful hotel. It is 10 min walking to the main gate..So convenient! The hotel itself is very clean, has pretty interior and everything you need. I specifically asked for a quiet and non-smoker room and got the perfect one. My overall stay was such a lovely experience. Total recommendation. I would come back anytime.

Malay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us. Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

Spacious room with easy check-in. Daily house keeping to ensure bottled mineral water is available. Comfortable pillows that I hope to buy from online stores. The best pillows I have ever experienced. Can't find any fault with the amenities. Clean sheets and clean towels with nothing to hide. Daily breakfast buffet is served at 7am and supper starts at 9pm. Nothing to complain but more praises to mention for the people preparing the meals. The people from the reception are very helpful. I added the hotel’s WeChat and they responded to my queries immediately. There’s a seafood restaurant next door and prices are pretty reasonable. There's a park with a small lake next to the hotel where I can have my evening walks after meals. Interesting park where people gather around to watch young performers singing and dancing while live streaming on Douyin platform. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I plan another trip to Yiwu, China.

Pretty good! I booked for two nights and then extended for another. I visited during the off-season, so the room rate was very affordable. I booked the cheapest room, and they kindly upgraded us, which was wonderful. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, providing us with unlimited bottled water, and their service was prompt. The hotel was renovated two years ago, so everything is relatively new, cozy, and comfortable. The area nearby is quite bustling with plenty of food options; the small shops downstairs all serve delicious food. It's also convenient to get to all the tourist attractions by taxi. There were a couple of minor downsides, though. First, the bathroom drain had a bad odor, mainly because the toilet's plumbing wasn't properly installed during construction. Also, the soundproofing was just average. I booked two rooms next to each other and could hear my family talking, even recognizing their voices. However, since there were no other guests staying next to us, it wasn't really an issue.

Highly recommended for family, the accommodation is large enough for family of 4. The breakfast feels very homely and nicely prepared for our family and suited for children. Owner and butler are very friendly. It’s very nice to have know them. The location is also very near to night market and also hengdian attractions, 4d3n is just right for us to fully immerse with the culture ans environment. This place is strongly recommended for family with young children too! the place is also equipped with washing machine though we did not use it but it’s very useful if we need to use.
