Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

Guest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian.
The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly.
The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it!
If you’re planning to stay in Hengdian, I highly recommend this hotel.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌.
The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all.
The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserWhen visiting Hengdian, hotel prices near the scenic area are relatively high, so I chose to stay in Dongyang city center. It's about a 30-minute drive to Hengdian, making it very cost-effective. There's a parking lot outside the hotel with about 10-20 spaces, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient; I had originally booked two adjacent rooms, but they weren't fully cleaned when I arrived in the afternoon. The front desk registered the room numbers and told me to check in later that evening. When I returned that evening, the original rooms had been reassigned, and the hotel proactively upgraded our room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

The room I was given wasn't big, but I really liked the layout. Although small, it was quite charming, and the decor was comfortable and made me feel safe. The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The service was also very good; they served porridge in the evening, and since it was the Dragon Boat Festival when I stayed, they had zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) for breakfast. They even gave me a small sachet upon check-out – very thoughtful! The only downside was that the toilet flushing was a little loud, but it didn't affect usability. Overall, it was great value for money. There's a shopping mall nearby, and parking at the hotel is quite convenient.

The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!

Pretty good! I booked for two nights and then extended for another. I visited during the off-season, so the room rate was very affordable. I booked the cheapest room, and they kindly upgraded us, which was wonderful. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, providing us with unlimited bottled water, and their service was prompt. The hotel was renovated two years ago, so everything is relatively new, cozy, and comfortable. The area nearby is quite bustling with plenty of food options; the small shops downstairs all serve delicious food. It's also convenient to get to all the tourist attractions by taxi.
There were a couple of minor downsides, though. First, the bathroom drain had a bad odor, mainly because the toilet's plumbing wasn't properly installed during construction. Also, the soundproofing was just average. I booked two rooms next to each other and could hear my family talking, even recognizing their voices. However, since there were no other guests staying next to us, it wasn't really an issue.

Anonymous UserI came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~

The hotel isn't far from the attractions, so getting around is quite convenient. However, it backs onto a substation and faces a gas station, so the overall environment is just average. They call it a family room, but many things aren't well-maintained. The wooden board at the slide's joint is warped, and there's a slide walkway above the bed without any bumper strips, making it easy to hit your head. The hot and cold water labels were reversed, and breakfast was also cold.
