GGuest UserI was stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Receptionist were so friendly. She makes me feel home. She helped me to call for Didi & room operating. Cleaning lady was very polite. Rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean & smell nice. Breakfast was good, surprisingly they served without me asking when am unwind in the garden. I will definetely come back 🤩

1️⃣The hotel's transportation location is very convenient, very close to the film and television city, and it also has its own free small parking lot.
2️⃣The room layout is reasonable, the toilet and shower room are large enough, and those with 170+ and 185+ neither feel crowded. The 2-meter large bed is enough for a family of three to sleep.
3️⃣The service attitude is very good whether it is the front desk or the guest room. Especially because children and the elderly have limited physical strength, they need to take a lunch break to apply for an extension at the front desk. The two girls, Xiao Yan and Xiao Liu, agreed and were given free departure fruit when they checked out.

1️⃣Friends who come to stay, if you stay in a mountain view room that is admitted to the parking lot, you should close the windows when taking a rest. The environment is very good and there are roosters crowing.
2️⃣The door should be closed firmly, otherwise the alarm will continue; the bathroom door should be closed lightly and controlled. If it is slightly magnetic and not controlled, it will make a loud sound, which will have a certain impact on the facilities and equipment.

There's a self-service laundry room on the 2nd floor, and free parking is available, with staff guiding you. Doing laundry was very convenient. Downstairs, there are food stalls, and the road nearby has plenty of dining options like hotpot, BBQ, and grilled meats – lots of choices, very convenient.

The room was clean, the bed was soft and I slept soundly, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the water heater was powerful. The receptionist was very friendly, check-in was quick, and she helped resolve any issues I had. She even gave me some complimentary fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. AAnonymous UserI came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. MMisana9It was a great experience! We are on the top floor of the building and I loved the themed rooms. Very fun, some rooms are smaller than the others. We first had the red room, then we switched over to the blue one for some more calmer vibes. I wish there were bigger rooms available at the time we booked but we are happy nonetheless. The red room was much bigger and nicer, it just had a mirror on top of the bed which was quite funny for my friend and I to stay in. Definitely a couple suite. 🤭

I booked a Smart Room (Double bed), but the room is without a window. But I can not complain because the window is in the toilet. Very smart move to sell a room without out window. :)
Pepsi is a welcome drink, I like it.
The carpet is very dirty, mold under the shower, the air conditioner is very noisy, can not sleep. Poor choice of food for breakfast.
