DDianePDXWe are two friends who traveled to Hengdian to visit the Hengdian studio parks since we are huge c-drama fans. We chose Hampton because we knew the quality would be there and it's a newer hotel which means the facilities would be nice. We had a terrific stay. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We even received parting gifts of Hengdian refrigerator magnets when we checked out. They are super cute! The breakfast had great selection, staff was attentive and came by to clear dishes, cups frequently. The buffet area staff also took the time to explain items and how to eat certain things since some of the food were items we had never eaten before. We were very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Hampton. There are also plenty of food options just across and around the corner from the hotel. I would say the hotel is conveniently located with many food options within walking distance and an easy taxi/didi ride away from all the parks. Our priority was to stay in an area with easy food options (within walking distance) as we had read reviews that many of the park hotels had limited food options close by. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here when/if I come back to Hengdian!

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

SShenqianyiThe room was very spacious, a two-bedroom suite with a nice small living area, perfect for spreading out all the takeout food. It's super close to Qin Huang Palace, just across the street, and there are many costume rental shops nearby. It was clean, hygienic, and the service was good. Plus, there's free parking and charging stations available. Plenty of places to eat around as well.

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

PPulatuotutuhaThis is my third time in Hengdian, but my first stay at the Guomao Hotel.
**Pros:** Excellent location, a four-star hotel with great management and service. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is varied and plentiful, and soundproofing is good. The bedding is just right, not too thick or too thin.
**Cons:** The drainage isn't great. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and can't be adjusted, which isn't ideal for kids. The showerhead itself is a bit old-fashioned, and I didn't like the spray pattern. The light switches aren't labeled, so for someone forgetful like me, I had to turn them all on one by one to figure out which switch controlled which light (this could easily be fixed with stickers). While I understand a large hotel can't just renovate on a whim, the hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade.
Despite the cons, the staff were all very welcoming, and they even gave a gift to my child when we checked out.
I didn't see the 'welcome fruit' that was advertised as a special feature. Also, the room booked on Trip.com indicated floors 4-6, but we were assigned the very last room on the 16th floor. As for why I didn't ask the front desk to change rooms? I was simply too tired and lazy.

Dongyang is known for its timber, and the hotel's decor and style are incredibly tasteful. For a room like this at this price, it's a steal!
The hotel staff upgraded our room and gave us welcome fruit.
Most importantly, the service was excellent. They even contacted me when I left my charger behind, and the hotel even covered the shipping!
This is a truly amazing hotel! Highly recommended!

Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. RRubangThis stay was very satisfying and excellent value. The hotel is located near the Qin Palace, Dream Valley, and the Qingming Shanghe Tu (along the River During the Qingming Festival)—you can see the Qin Palace right outside the window. The service was exceptional, with complimentary mineral water available right after you get off the elevator in the parking lot. When we returned from our evening outing, we were even offered complimentary mung bean and white fungus soup, which was incredibly satisfying. The front desk lady was very welcoming and even gave us a Hengdian Film and Television City fridge magnet as a gift when we returned. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit this city!

AAnonymous UserThis is my first trip and first stay at Tourism Hotel Building 2 (reception on Level 2 of Building 2). I arrived after midnight due to significant flight delay and had to call reception. I was promptly attended to despite waking up the person. Breakfast spread has good variety (close at 9am). On check out day, they agreed to extend my checkout to 2pm so I was able to visit Yuanmingyuan for 2-3 hours before I leave. Location wise is good - street food stalls 2min away, supermarket 2 doors away, small eateries and cafes nearby and about 10min taxi ride to MingQing Palaces, Emperor Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghetu and Guangzhou and HK Streets sites.

__M1365675****The tents are unique, very warm, and even have air conditioning. The soundproofing is also decent, and the valley is quite quiet. There are plenty of outdoor playground facilities for children, a children's castle inside the hot spring valley, and kiln-baked bread and coffee. Parking is limited, but you can drive further in to park on the roadside, or take a shuttle bus or walk (it's very close). Breakfast consists of freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and wontons; most other basic items are also available. However, the restaurant seating is limited, so you may have to wait when it's crowded.
