GGuest UserThis hotel, a historic building with its winding, long stone paths, dim lighting, and lush green bamboo groves, conceals a teahouse where the aroma of tea wafts. It's like a fading ink wash painting on Xuan paper, dotted with a fine, misty rain, every detail worthy of being etched in memory. The owner's private museum is truly a treasure trove of ancient architectural 'ox leg' bracket culture. The custom-made birthday banquet delighted my 70-year-old father. What a pity our stay was too short; I'll definitely come back to experience it again if I get the chance.

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

MMavisluFirst time in Hengdian, and traveling solo, so I chose this place. It certainly didn't disappoint! The service was excellent; I received a welcome fruit basket on the first day, and then small snacks were delivered daily. The breakfast selection was also quite good! It offers great value for money and a very reassuring stay. Plus, it's not far from the main attractions! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

GGuest UserThe apartment was great - spacious and light with view out to Dream Valley and the hills. There are a cafe/bakery and restaurant on site. The staff are very nice (don’t expect English skills).
The soundproofing isn’t great - you can hear people in the corridor and in apartments above, but this is no different from most Chinese hotels I’ve stayed in.
To get to any of the Hengdian studio sites is a few km but it’s very easy/cheap to get DiDi rides

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, the bedding in the room was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of tea—a lovely gesture! Breakfast hours were ample, and the restaurant staff maintained the same friendly attitude. Every time we passed by the front desk, they offered polite greetings. The check-out process was seamless, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary bottle of water. 👍👍

GGuest UserThe environment is good. It's very close to the Dream Bund tourist attraction. The cleanliness is average. I saw the previous guest's shoes under the chair. I don't know how long they have been hidden there. The service awareness is not strong. Maybe it's a tourist attraction theme hotel. It's too busy. If you don't ask, they usually won't make it. The breakfast is average. Don't expect too much. In summary, if you like to be close to the tourist attraction, just book it boldly. Don't expect anything else. Finally, I have to say that my welcome fruit didn't arrive for me after staying for two days. 😂

GGuest UserThe hotel price for one night actually included hot springs for two (the hot springs are huge, with many types, including movie rooms, billiards, mahjong, and dining areas) plus breakfast. The environment is also fantastic, offering great value for money. The room has floor heating, and even though it's a tent, the washroom and toilet facilities are very convenient. They even gave us many gifts. Isn't this just setting an impossibly high standard for competitors?🤣
