LLaoxin、Staying with my kids at the Longjing Puyuan Hidden Villa Hotel in Hengdian World Studios was a fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a 90sqm duplex suite with two large beds. The space was incredibly generous, and the facilities were top-notch, allowing my child to run around and play happily upstairs and downstairs. The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the scenic spots, making getting around super convenient. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the staff were warm and professional, even helping us prepare children's amenities. Although breakfast was a set meal, it was nutritious and satisfying for the whole family! My child absolutely loved the outdoor playground in the courtyard and didn't want to leave. This family trip was made so much easier and more enjoyable thanks to this hotel. Highly recommend!

GGouzidehuayangqingchunFacilities: The washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob are all available and very complete. It's incredibly convenient for those who need to stay for an extended period.
Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, neat, and comfortable.
Environment: This is probably one of the best-environment hotels in Hengdian. The decor is modern and minimalist, and it's quite suitable for taking photos. I even took a celebrity-style photo in the elevator.
Service: Whether it's the front desk on the first floor or the hotel front desk on the third floor, the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room type and gave me some snacks. Every time I left, there was a young man at the main entrance who would open the door for me.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, the bedding in the room was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of tea—a lovely gesture! Breakfast hours were ample, and the restaurant staff maintained the same friendly attitude. Every time we passed by the front desk, they offered polite greetings. The check-out process was seamless, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary bottle of water. 👍👍

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are great, and the service is excellent. It's really convenient for getting around and exploring. We were traveling with elderly family and children to Hengdian. We originally booked a room with two 1.5-meter twin beds hoping to push them together to make a larger bed, but the bed frames were fixed and couldn't be moved. The front desk proactively helped us switch to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserSuper fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle.
Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel.
There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set.
The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors.
The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai.
The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups.
The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day.
The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi.
Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

I think it is more suitable for my family to drive ～ because the shuttle bus from the front desk to the room is provided at check-in and check-out. If you usually want to go out, you have to go out by yourself. The hot spring is at the front desk. Our Mori house is relatively inside, so it still has to go some distance. The hotel has amusement facilities, which is more suitable for children to play. Breakfast has a buffet, things are generally not a lot, the taste is OK. The hotel provides ordering at other times, but there is a 10% service charge for sending it to the room. The hot spring has to bring a swimsuit. I didn't go. My husband spent 99 to buy a swimsuit. It was quite big and many pools could be soaked. It is a little distance from Hengdian Film and Television City, and it costs about 15 yuan to take a taxi. The room was not cleaned very clean, and there would be residual garbage from the upper guest under the sofa. The ecological environment is really good. I randomly encountered bunnies ～ but I have to close the door when I enter and exit. There are still quite a lot of flying insects. Just experience it, a family that will not be considered in the future ～

GGuest UserTraveling with my parents, accommodation is always a top priority, and booking Orange Crystal this time was a very wise decision. As soon as we entered the lobby, my mom praised how 'bright and spacious' the hotel was. The staff were exceptionally friendly; seeing that we had two rooms, they proactively arranged them together, which was very convenient. Staff member Xiao Z was also very helpful, offering to carry our luggage, which was very nice. The room facilities are very new, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there are even fluffy non-slip mats – the attention to detail is excellent. The mattress firmness was just right; my parents said they slept even more soundly than they do at home. The breakfast selection was very rich, with Chinese options like porridge and steamed buns, as well as Western bread. My dad had the freshly made wontons and praised them repeatedly. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to scenic spots and dining areas. Walking back with my parents in the evening, the entire route was picturesque. This will definitely be our top choice again for future family trips.
