Enjoyed a 4 night stay here at the end of August. Great location in a lovely neighbourhood, perfect base to explore a great City and the surrounding area. We had a large room with a kitchenette but preferred to have the hotel buffet breakfast sat on the terrace. Really nice and helpful Hotel staff, just a shame our German language wasn’t up to scratch. Tram stop right outside the front gate with a 15 minute ride into the city Centre. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood close to the river Elbe and the bike trail, but at the same time not far away from the shopping area. The bulding itself is impressively reconstructed, you can feel its historic spirit. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean. The staff was amicable and helpful. Overall we recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Villa Freisleben is highly recommended. The location is excellent. Even the journey there was a pleasure, looking at the villas in the surrounding area. Upon arrival, we were told we'd been upgraded, and so instead of the double room we'd booked, we found ourselves in a suite. A tasteful, large living room with a kitchenette, dishes, a coffee machine, and everything you need, as well as a large couch, TV, and free Wi-Fi. In front of it was a beautiful Art Nouveau balcony. There was a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a small but very beautiful bathroom, also decorated in Art Nouveau style. All in all, a fantastic stay with helpful support from the staff, including helping us find various restaurants for a nice dinner. Also worth mentioning is the free parking in the courtyard, especially since there's a tram stop right in front of the house. We can also highly recommend the breakfast. We'll definitely be back.

A very nice hotel! We felt very comfortable! We would love to come back! The breakfast and the breakfast room were excellent. The apartment is nice and spacious and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a tower room. The heating is nice and warm. Very quiet at night. A good mattress!
