The only minor drawback was the lack of a refrigerator. It would have been perfect if there had been one."

"The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. There was a queen-size bed and two single beds. I requested a crib when I booked, but the hotel said they didn't accept that request. They did provide a crib, though. The water was really hot. There were two sinks, which was convenient. I don't know how to use the sauna in the basement. There was no one managing it, and there were no towels. I thought I should wear my swimsuit, put on the robe provided in the room, and bring my own towel, but I ended up not using it. The breakfast was average. It was a European breakfast with nothing special to offer."

"The hotel is well situated and there are two decent bars. Tons of restaurants nearby also. Some rooms near the bar are very noisy - be a bar or be a hotel. Also the air conditioning in the rooms is poor, and if it had been hotter than it was we would have been in a bad situation. As it was it was difficult to sleep."

"The room was excellent! I was traveling with my three children and elderly mother. Everything I requested was ready for our arrival, including a sufficient number of towels and even the sofa bed was made (usually I have to remind them about this). It was a two-bedroom apartment with a mini-kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful; even with a high occupancy, the restaurant handled it perfectly. Croissants and fruits were replenished instantly. Very clean! We were able to leave our luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful in every way. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a shopping center nearby with 24-hour parking for 15 euros/day."
